How do runes work?

I always question some teachings in Satanism, naturally because i wasn't taught anything to do with different dimensions and the soul since childhood. What doesn't make sense to me is how do the runes work? The different pronunciations are all european too, so the runes work while being said totally differently than another version?

I believe runes work, but i have the hardest time understanding why vibrated words in such a way only creatures evolved with the right body parts to form speech can chant them

Any help with this predicament would be appreciated greatly ^-^

They represent certain astral frequencies that once being invoked and evoked aspire a certain reaction. This reaction, when directed and programmed, results in certain outcomes, for better or worse.

The simple principle that everything is sound and light. Everything vibrates at a certain frequency. If vibrating molecules faster can generate heat and light things on fire, while wouldn't mantras have an array of various effects depending on the specific frequency? Think also of music. Different instrumental composition can generate different emotions. Why?

Frequency and geometric patterns are the key to understand this.
