How do i put a stop to this person mutilating cats

Okay this is a very different issue. But it's getting my blood boiling. There's someone or some people going around my city torturing stray cats. One cat had one of it's eyes taken out, another one stabbed with a knife and cut open. I can't stand here without doing anything. Nobody knows who's doing this. Cops are useless. What do i do abt this? I wanna do something!

You can clean negative energy out of your aura, gather it up and pile it before you. Put all of your hated and anger into it, condensing the negative energy to be more potent and powerful. Then intend for it to go to the individual, sending it off through the astral and 'knowing' with full confidence and belief that it's going to the psychopath, seeping into their aura and harming them in every gruesome way possible.

With enough power and enough build up in time, this can manifest as the freak getting caught or best case scenario in my head being shot to death by cops. Of course it's not very effective in direction when you don't know what this person looks like, etc, but you can do the best you can to vent what you need to vent.

Stray animals are equivalent to homeless humans. All categories of animals must be handled appropriately. Like animals that are bred for milk and meat etc., superior animals, such as lions, crocodiles, snakes, bears etc., should live in appropriate parks and territories with inferior animals i.e. livestock and plants to make the nutritional and existential chain work. The presence of veterinarians and other people who should be paid to work and take care of these facilities would also be very good. We need creative ideas about this and we need balance, of course.
