Help with the Notifications thing at the top

I like to be able to see where people reply to me. At the top when I logged in today there were 26 notifications. Many of them saying someone replied to me when it was a topic I didn't even post in and my name was not pinged.

About 4 of these are people replying to me the rest idk there is even notice of a new topic being approved by a random person on there.

How do I get rid of all this and just show what I want which is replies to me or approval/disapproval of posts to sermons at the top.

You get notifications because you subscribed to the topic. Either manually or automatically (through posting).

To change this:
Notifications Settings Edit notification options

They didn't reply to you; they replied in the thread which you bookmarked.

The weird thing is most these threads I never even read or subscribed to in my knowledge. Ok it's stopped now I think this worked. I think they were trying to update the forums or something. Just know if you replied to me the last couple days I may not see or find it.

Also to add to this I found two replies to me the last few days that didn't even show up in notifications. Well let's hope this works now I removed the check mark in things I didn't want to see there.
