Grounding energies

Hello brothers and sisters, I have a question. I am spending time with Someone that is sensitive to energy and can feel it. She calls herself a empath of sorts. She says that I have a crazy amount of energy and she can’t sleep next to me because I keep her awake. Also the next day she says she feels a crazy buzzing and uncertainty. She mentioned that I need to ground my energies with the earth and explained the process which was pretty extensive and I don’t exactly remember the whole process but I am going to have her write it down for me. I want to know if anyone knows about. This process or if anyone has any suggestions for me to balance my energies and not to transfer them to her. Or any other suggestions please. I will post the process she is talking about when she writes it down for me

Physical approach:
Walking bare feet on the ground helps the body to connect with earthly energies, same as working with plants and soil. It is also very therapeutic.

Spiritual approach:
You can meditate outside and when you are in a trance state, you should breath in and absorb positive energies from the earth. An affirmation could be something like "I am breathing in positive earthly energies that are grounding me in a very positive and happy way for me. This energy is helping me to be more stable, centered and focused in a healthy and positive way for me." Just an example. You can modify this into whatever you see fit.

To match planetary influence, waxing moon in an earth sign is ideal. I'd prefer Taurus in this case to make it long-lasting.

As time goes and you are becoming more experienced, you should also replenish Earth with positive energies. Earth is unfortunately filled with much grotesk and dreadful energies. Just a note to be aware of.
