Exalted, detriment, fall signs

Hi, I was wondering if there is logic behind exalted , detrimental, and fall signs?

Leo is is detriment in an air sign, and fall in an air sign and exalted in a fire sign

While cancer is exalted in an earth sign but then detriment in a earth sign and fall in a water sign.

I can’t see much of a pattern through any of it

Dear Hs666, would you be able to recommend any websites or books to learn about vedic astrology. I read yesterday that Vedic astrology consider mars' ruler to be scorpio, which resonates with me more than Aries. Satanama

Thank you for your reply, i've been drawing the zodiac houses, with planets, and chakras in a 3 dimensional diagram.

Rahu and Ketu (nodes of the moon) then end up being ruled by taurus and virgo, making Venus libra, and mercury gemini, Neptune pisces, Pluto Aries and mars scorpio.

Anyhow, Ill draw it out nicely and will upload it.

The generic table is like this. For Neptune and Pluto, there is different version of Exaltation/Detriment signs applied by some astrologers.

Yes, with study and practice you will develop a deeper understanding of all these things. You are probably not even at a basic level, judging by how you are talking about signs as if they are planets.

Thanks for the chart, I was thinking today,

you have a yang kidney, and yin kidney, so I guess it makes sense that both scorpio and Aries rule mars.

Also, if jupiter is ruled by pisces (intuition, maybe this is more water based) and Sagittarius (physic abilities to do with the mind fire), this also makes sense.
