The second one is the real doubt I have in. Is it AAAAAAHHHHHH-EEE-VVVVVV-AAAAAHH-TSSSS

Is it TSSSS or direct SSSS at the end?

On a similar note I still am curious about Elhaz.
In the donator gift, HP Cobra pronounces the Z as an English Z. But on the site's rune page, Maxine says the Z as either a hard hissing or a German Z (which is like the "ts" in "hats")

Can anyone fill me in? Does Elhaz end in a soft Z, a hissing SS or a "ts"/German "Z"?

Interestingly, "aiwass" was one of the names Crowley attributed to an entity he was communicating with. I wonder how that happened..

When it comes to learning the correct vibration, spend some time vibrating the rune in various ways to see how it feels to you. Before I became more experienced with the runes, I would go over the ones I wanted to do, a few days before starting a working with them, and make a mental note of which method felt correct. There are still some runes I have not used much so if I ever do use them, I will do this.

Also try different languages of them. Icelandic works best for me, but Germanic works best for others, for example. I didn't chose for Icelandic to be best for me, I just found it by practicing them all.

Try Eo or Eoh for it. AY-OH it protects well against sex magic and regenergates. Very helpful rune. You can reverse it for a heavy hitting black magic.
