Earth Star Chakra / Grounding

I was talking to some local energy healer about how my lower chakras aren't the best and how I'm not very grounded.

She mentioned the Earth Star Chakra which is located around 12 inches below your feet.

I've never herd about the Earth Star Chakra on here but can find lots of stuff on it when searched up.


My usual grounding technique is to grow roots out my base or feet to the center of the earth. Which I need to do more often.


But she said to ground first thing in the morning then unground before bed.

Is anyone else using this chakra? If so or not what helps you stay grounded???

I have never heard of this, and I would be skeptical about what some New Age people might say. That doesn't mean she is necessarily wrong, but JoS already has the answer to this:

If you want to work on your grounding, focus on your base chakra and Saturn energy, or other forms of earth energy.
Saturn is retrograde now, but November 16th would be a good date to direct Nauthiz towards improving your soul's Saturn energies. This will definitely ground you, especially if you carry it out for 80+ days.

Alternatively, Mercury is in Virgo, and you can start a working or square with its energies. This will help on the mental side of things, although it is not a substitute for Saturn.
