All of you guys support masturbation and that's alright but here is some truth you guys should know the kundalini and kundalini energy are two different things as per my experience and research the kundalini is fold of flesh of three and half folds under tailbone inside the pelvic floor muscle connecting to the tailbone when puberty starts csf is released from the medulla and goes into this flesh into the the sexual organs causing semen production when retained this semen rises into the flesh into the tailbone into the spine and back into the brain pushing the csf up this pressure opens the knot in the brain and the knot in front of the brain as liquid flowing up goes into the frontal side of the brain then this liquid goes in the middle again and left into the left cheek side into the pit of the throat from there it falls drop by drop into the omphalo and goes back into the kundalini thus a cycle is formed this created bioelectricity or cosmic energy which aids in astral projection etc the think is that all this happens when semen is retained and as per ayurveda csf is made from the food we eat in 7 processes and in the end semen is formed as I told before this also increases the power of the kundalini energy which rises up to the saharara thus giving enlightenment which is freedom from material problems which I have yet to reach only brief moments have I felt so yes masturbation does effect kundalini not everyone has a kundalini if the mods delete this post it will be proof of them denying the truth and if you say this is bullshit i myself have felt the semen going in my tailbone so yes it real and true
