NOTE: this series has a different way of writing because it is also addressed to potential external use. For example mentioning details that are obvious for us members.

There are few more important things for gentiles and especially for us whites than training. And by training I mean all fields of live that one can include in their personal growth. Even selflessness depends directly on one’s abilities and skills. The more you are capable of the more you can give to others and push them to grow as well.

After so many years, I began to see how important physical training is. There is nothing that gives such a boost of power and confidence as physical exercise. This side of our growth even stimulates other hidden abilities to catch root. The power and agility it gives to the body are one of the best gifts a human can give himself. Exercising and pushing one’s own body past the limits triggers hormones such as serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine which are the ones that give us the feeling of accomplishment and joy. This in turn opens your hunger for more results while at the same time, increases your confidence and courage. Only trough experience can one understand those things and the importance of hormones.

Physical exercise also boosts the circulation which is in a direct relationship with your brain and the rest of the organs. Therefore exercise leads to a healthy body both in terms of muscle and organ capacity while also unleashing your intellect.

You will be surprised to learn through experience how much your intellectual capacity expands as a result of physical fitness. Energy and blood circulation are synonyms to the resources a country needs to sustain its people. The Jewish enemy well knows this fact and has tried for centuries to keep the separation between mind and muscle. They have used all their weapons at their disposal, such as television and the entertainment industry to make physically fitness look like the mindless caveman while fooling part of the intellectual class into believing this nonsense. But as Thucydides said “The society that separates its schools from its warriors will have its thinking done by cowards and its fighting done by fools”. Fortunately beneath the rational layer of the mind and soul lies the intuition. Humans naturally have the need to improve and accomplish objectives. Therefore this hoax of the enemy does not affect all of us, but only the demoralized. Even sadness and depression are natural signs one must make several changes from the current path they are on.

A clear and well irrigated and energized mind is also essential for spiritual training and meditation. Exercise is a great friend of meditation especially when done before the spiritual training. As the High Priests Cobra and Maxine from the Joy of Satan community have stated for repeated times, a clear mind before meditation can be obtained through physical training and in this specific case, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga are the best helpers. The first is for stretching and the second for breathing. Yes, oxygen is the most important resource in one’s body followed immediately by water.

Having an abundance of oxygen and water in the body equates to a society having all the prosperity in the World. Training and exercise are the key to obtaining those. Workouts besides training the muscle, exercise both hearth and lungs which means more oxygen transported through the blood towards the organs. Just like real life logistics one could say. You see how similar your body is to a country or society? It’s exactly the infinite direction of micro universe and macro universe. Each big thing is made of smaller things which in turn are made of smaller things and those small things work as a team, society, community, state for the well-functioning of the whole. Think about just the spectrum that we discovered so far: atom, cell, organ, organism, ecosystem, planet, solar system, galaxy, universe…

Physical exercise also makes you sweat and then drink plenty of water. This is the fastest way to detoxify and purify the body. Water is the one that both takes out the trash and does the groceries. And trough experience, we even get to observe the gradual positive changes that sports bring us. Quite the simple and effective way for this method to bring all resources together!

All people with different professions that also practice a bit of sport, have said to have improved their career results. Electricians, car mechanics, doctors, engineers, music composers and so on. I myself have found this direct link between exercising and improving in fields such as: computer science and programming, reading and understanding a bit of microbiology and immunology during the Coronavirus pandemic, learning and practicing a few aspects of car mechanics and plumbing, a few construction skills, some basic electronics and cooking, improving discipline and tidiness and even improving the sexual life and family skills.

I was also able to help others more and not just for the short term, but giving them a perspective and way to grow as well.

Often we are met with extremely busy schedules and very demanding friends and relatives which can be discouraging to one’s activities of personal development. Our friend from the Ancient Forums, Blitzkrieg has written a well elaborated article about how a few runic workings and affirmations can help in obtaining the necessary time and circumstances for ourselves. I encourage people to follow his advice.

Something that worked for me and may work for others as well is a simple method of “Do I have some time now? What could I do?” Whenever one may get a window of free time they should ask themselves on which field could they work at that moment? I have quite the busy schedule and could never make a schedule for my own personal training therefore whenever I have a free window I ask myself. What can I do right now? Maybe something I did not yet do today? Maybe some push-ups, abs or some meditation? Washing the dishes, doing this task for a client, doing a spiritual ritual against the enemy, change that bulb, mount that fuel injector for the engine, read the tutorial for changing the washing machine evacuation pipe, watering the flower and so on. Always prioritize the important and urgent tasks.

In ancient times both training and academia were the pride factors of a society. And for us whites those should be our main missions for both ourselves and our children. Make as many white babies as you can and show them the way towards greatness in terms of physical splendor and intellectual excellence while doing it with seriousness and kindness at the same time. A child will learn a lot with a patient and balanced parent that shows them the biggest love in the universe.

Physical training and especially combat sports are the ones that smile and tell us “You are capable of anything, let me show you!” Fighting sports also has the additional virtue of training the mind to find quick tactics and spot weak points in an adversary. This will in turn create a pattern in one’s way of thinking to apply such analogies even in other fields. It trains the mind to take advantage of opportunities. War is not only found on a battlefield, but also in a senate room, a business environment, an outside entourage or a justice court.

The sneakiness and stealth methods are not a trade mark method of the enemy. Remember Odysseus the king of Ithaca and Greek hero of the Trojan wars and General Sun Tzu, the author of “The art of war”. When faced with urgent, dangerous circumstances one may have no choice, but to fight. It is up to them to decide which strategy best fits the circumstances. Adepts in spirituality can also use dark magic if the situation leaves no other choice, but must always remember to clean their aura afterwards. This can also be amplified by timing an attack with a well-placed Saturn position for example.

If while physically training, one keeps in mind other objectives besides this, they will acquire the will to accomplish those goals as well. A human’s value does not conclude with a singular variable. There are many traits that define our value, IQ, wisdom, emotional balance, critical and analytical thinking, physical fitness, nutrition, courage, honesty, honor, spiritual understanding, empathy, kindness, persuasiveness and so much more. Someone with a lot of courage and strength, but no brain is a fool and can make a fatal mistake that can cost him his life. In turn, an intelligent person with no courage or honor may well end up a corrupt mayor or president by his own choice or by letting himself be blackmailed by some ill willed corporation.

A man who is aware of the Jewish problem, willing to not comply with this imposed world order, if he also trains then he is awakening even more of his inner awareness and capacity to find solutions. This is why the enemy tries to separate brain from muscle.

In terms of Astrology, Mars rules physical fitness and also fighting abilities, including even other fields of fighting besides the physical. But mostly the physical plain, then everything else falls in place. One’s overall physical abilities can be seen in his natal chart as well and spiritual workings for this field like runic meditation can be done while Mars is in his own sign Aries for example or in a fire sign. Using a Mars square working from the Joy of Satan site can also be a great way to add an extra layer of success.

Always remember that if a certain action is done repeatedly, it will become a reflex. That’s how we build discipline, through repetition. Try doing some physical training however you wish for two or three weeks while keeping in this desire to evolve in your heart and observe how you feel about this afterwards.

And if anyone needs true gentile models, one should only read the old stories and writings about Achilles, Hercules, King Arthur, Imhotep, Gilgamesh, Rasputin, Odysseus, Emperor Hadrian, Alexander the Great and so many other examples in history. Those are the ones who were so full of splendor in terms of leadership, strength, beauty, intelligence and were literally blessed by the Gods.

Ancient Greece is one of the old societies that stands up in history for its athletes. Remember the saying “no pain no gain”. To achieve results one must work and more importantly in our circumstances right now one must make a decision. The enemy will try to bring us down if we defy them and start evolving. One can either chose not to confront and crawl in his knees hoping the enemy will be merciful and leave him alone, not giving him anymore pandemics, wars, social unrest or financial crises or one can stand up, face an even harder test and at least have a chance to a future. This is where the line will be drawn in concrete between the ones with heart and the ones who choose to submit to the Stockholm syndrome and join the enemy.

I love working out. And dancing! ❤️ It is always a treat to me to turn on my music and dance while I'm cleaning the house or cooking in my kitchen! :D
I took gymnastics and dance all throughout Junior High and High School.
And as a young child my dad had me in weight training to help me with gymnastics! And I remember working out with him everyday after school for about 2 hours before I had to start on my homework! It always made it easier for me to relax and focus and I was able to get my homework done without a complaint or a problem! I felt confident and I felt complete! Knowing it that I could get a job anywhere I want! And that I could study and read anything I wanted to! And that frame of mind knowing that you could be anybody or anything you want to be! Especially as a young kid in grade school knowing that you could be right up there with the genius of the classroom acing a spelling test or getting an A in the science fair! That was one of my favorite subjects more than anything with science! Number two my second favorite subject was math! And back in my days we used to have a thing called PE in the schools where kids would go in with their classmates and work out in the gym together and learn the joy and the pleasure of weightlifting! Or simply having fun playing dodgeball or hopscotch! Volleyball baseball basketball or tennis! At least we had our choices whatever we were interested in! They had programs right there in the school if you wanted to play baseball and join a baseball team and it didn't matter if you were a girl or a boy at any age they also had classes outside of the school and the teachers recommended it! It always made it easier for me to focus in class after a good workout whether it be running around in the playground area swinging on the swings playing tag! Or swinging a baseball bat! Or how many times you could jump rope! And all the tricks that you learned to jump the roping with friends or by yourself! Or if you are somebody who likes to play on the tricky bars and spin around like a stripper! Learning all different kinds of vactrobatic exercises! Was my favorite thing I love to challenge myself at least two to three times a week learning something whether it be a bag handspring or to perfect a back walk over! Or to learn a triple quad ice skating! Or skiing the slopes with my grandfather! I had lots and lots and lots of fun is a little kid back in my days were children had a little more freedom and you could sit out on the front porch and hang out with your friends until 2:00 in the morning if you wanted to! And it was always a treat to be able to get up at 5:00 in the morning and watch Saturday morning cartoons until 2:00 in the afternoon! Followed by bike riding and tag up and down the neighborhood and playing out in the sunshine all day! Those were the days! Running around barefooted in the backyard after your daddy mows the lawn! Running through the sprinklers in your brand new bikini! Showing off on your new bicycle and letting everybody know in your neighborhood how old you are and your birthday! And how happy you are to be able to have a new bike and something you can show off in! Childhood was one of my favorite times! Being a teenager on the other hand I was pretty much a busy body in school trying to get my grades and trying to learn as much as I can looking forward to graduate! :)
Exercising and fitness is something that people should keep up with.
Whether to be for the brain or the body or the spirit! And hit it on every level if you can! Practice makes perfect and that goes along with everything and all we choose to get into! A little competition here and there with a friend or somebody in the group..? Could also make things more interesting! To be able to challenge yourself to see how much you can read and how much you remember? Depending on what you're read! And what it was all about! And to be able to share it with other members in the group what you have learned. And to be creative with the things that you can do and the things that you know! On top of that knowing that you are a student as well as a teacher yourself! Sharing your experiences! Things that you've learned as a child or a teenager or things that you've recently learned as an adult raising children! Whether you have children or not we have that right to exercise and to bring out that inner child! And having the fun and the pleasure of working with children as a teacher. It could be anywhere in your life? Or on here on this website teaching people astrology! Or astral projection! Or just simply teaching Magic on a group page somewhere. We are never too old to learn and it's never too late to learn depending on what the subject is and depending on what needs to be done? There is always something out there for everyone! And it doesn't matter how old you are whatever you're good at and what your mind and body can still do! The possibilities of the mind and the body and the Soul are endless! Satan created us in His image and in his likeness.. therefore we are training ourselves to be just like him! In every which way possible we are being challenged and if we allow ourselves to be challenged we are allow ourselves to learn higher and higher depending on the attitude! And how far you want to go? It is entirely up to you it's entirely up to the individual! The endless possibilities of learning! And working with the body and the brain! I love to exercise! And I may be 51 years of age.. I can still do back walk overs and hands springs. And I can still dance pretty well at my age! I may have gained a little weight the last couple of months but I am losing it and I'm getting my muscle tone back! Just turning on the radio and dancing well I'm cleaning the house or working in my backyard! And it doesn't matter what time of year it is! I will crank that stereo up and I will blast the house! And you will find me doing pirouettes and whirling and spinning around the kitchen floor turning handsprings challenging myself with a few aerobic exercises or do a few yoga poses! The Kundalini breathing .. and the yoga that goes along with exercising whatever it is that you choose to do it has a way of tapping in because you're working with the body and you're working with the energy! Therefore it is an overall workout mentally physically spiritually emotionally and sexually so you are working with yourself 24/7 on all levels with all parts of your body and mind! It doesn't matter how old you are you keep yourself fit it's gonna keep you alive a lot longer and it's gonna add years to your life! Especially if people have that right frame of mind and allow themselves to surrender with it and focus! You were able to master anything! Embracing who you are and accepting the mistakes that you make because they're a part of the learning process. And yes you're going to feel a little awkward from time to time when it comes to and there's a first time for everything! It doesn't matter how old you are put your dancing shoes on and go hit the dance floor! There are weight training programs all over the place! And there are karate Studios all over! You don't have to be a little kid you could be of any age and learn anything you want! When it comes to exercise and swimming or whatever it is you choose to get into! There is always something we could do no matter how old we get! Even just simply to get out into your backyard and work in your vegetable garden!
