Clarification on a dream.

I just had two recent dreams back to back. The first one I've analyzed myself.

Dream #1 I was very sick and in a negative state of being all of a sudden these strings started coming out of my mouth and I started ripping them out. When this happened I could feel the tug coming from within and it actually started making me feel better pulling these strings out. The strings looked woven like a braid. My interpretation of this is these strings represent all the negative energies I've been intensely cleaning lately, all the negative connections I've been breaking as well. With them coming out of my mouth represent the mantras Ive been using to cut the ties and cleanse my soul as Ive been intensely cleansing my soul for 6hrs everyday for the past month. It wasn't a way feeling which I think also explains the chaos that's been occuring during the deep cleansing I've been doing.

Dream #2 I just got back to my house and in the dream there was bombs that just went off in another country. Well on the news in my dream they showed all the dead people blown into pieces (which was really graphic) and someone I know in the dream looked at me and said "becareful there are going to be nuclear bombs going off tomorrow" and we had to evacuate and find shelter. In the dream I was shown different areas that would be hit in the country I reside in. I woke up shortly after this feeling like my mind just broken into pieces as my PTSD started to resurface from all the graphic images when I had woken up and I had to intensely focus on void meditation and deep breathing exercises to calm myself down.

The second dream I cannot interpret and was wondering why I would even have that dream to begin with. Due to the intensity the dream had on me I figured I would go searching for it's deeper meaning. Any ideas?

You know. I have no idea personally how you came to this conclusion, but deep inside I laughed a little bit when you said this because i mean I have been really stressed. This is part why I've been doing intense cleaning. 3hrs in the morning and 3 at night. I figured the level of unluck I was having could be due to dirty chakras and dirty aura or planetary influences etc.. also Im recovering from being super sick and have been doing this for the good of my own health. With this deep cleaning it's also been opening up new doors for me to make a lot more improvements in many areas in my life mostly my living situation.

I've had my fair share of stress and sometimes it would get expressed in my dreams.

I have had a couple of dreams with the world ending, moon falling, being chased, etc. When I studied more about dreams this year those kinds of dreams meant stress.
