Hello guys!

How many reps should I do when doing full chakra meditation? I usually do 30-40 reps every day... is that too much? And can doing too many reps cause sleep disorder? I'm asking because now I have kind of a sleep disorder because I have only 4-5 hours of a normal sleep daily which is followed by too many wake-ups... I can wake-up up to 15 times after having 4-5 hours of a normal sleep. But I don't know if that's because of meditation or not... I need your advice.

Do not stare at digital screen at least 1 hours before sleep.
Eat lightly before sleeping. Do not overeat before you sleep.
Install a source of warm light. Do not blast your eyes with white or bright lights before sleep. A table lamp which gives out yellow warm light suffices for me.
Also, you should have fallen asleep before 11 PM.
Drink plenty of water and only 1 hr before eating or after eating something.
Try not to drink water or any liquid before you sleep.

Sleeping "disorder" done by meditation or vibrating is simply the effect of high level bioelectricity, and is not harming you in any way, actually doing the opposite, compared to a normal sleeping disorder which is an actual problem, this one done by meditation is actually keeping you energised which is a good thing, you need less sleep and your body lets you know this if it happens. You should know how many reps you can do looking at how you feel after vibrating.

Speaking of your wake-ups during the sleep, do you feel tired after? If you don't then why do you even worry about it? If you do then that might be a problem caused by something other than meditation, like stress or too much time in front of screens.

Generally you can do as many as you can handle, however if you raise your energies enough before going to bed they can keep you up. Try to meditate a few hours before going to sleep.

If you are a beginner it is good to start with a lower number of vibrations, just so you don't push yourself and feel exhausted. If you are comfortable with that number of vibrations then it is fine. Also, if you meditate in the evening you may find it harder to fall asleep because of the increased bioelectricity. In the evening you could go for physical yoga which is more relaxing, you can also fill your room with blue energy and program it in such a way that it gives you a restful sleep.
And it depends on how many times you meditate in a day and how much. I noticed when I practiced qi gong, I felt well-rested after a night where I slept only 2-3 hours.
You also need to be aware of other factors. Do you drink or eat foods that can disturb your sleep schedule? Are you stressed lately?
