For empowering the Chakras, I have been switching between that and unblocking each charka. Would it be find to do it like that with sticking with Kundalini Yoga each day or should I also do both cleaning and empowering the chakras?

I'll elaborate on what I mean just in case.

More or less I empower my chakras for about 2 or 3 weeks and then switch to unblocking them. Would that be good enough to advance or should I do them both each day?

You should do the Opening The Chakras for all chakras before doing anything else.

After that, you can do whatever kind of cleaning, unblocking, and empowering that you want. It is common that most people only want to focus on empowering because we want to feel something, but this is not the most important thing. The most important is the unblocking and the cleaning.

A clean, open, and unblocked chakra is able to comfortably flow a much larger amount of energy through it, so the empowerment will come much more easily when everything is opened and cleaned. Too much empowerment with not enough cleaning/unblocking creates painful situations where more energy is trying to flow than what is actually able to flow. Think of it like water, too much flow into a small opening creates more pressure which is uncomfortable.

Kundalini yoga is a very strong empowerment which tries to flow an enormous amount of energy through all of your chakras. If you are doing this every day, you should also work on the unblocking and cleaning every day. And the empowerments will be much less important because the kundalini yoga itself is a very strong empowerment. But the unblocking is required. Any time you feel any pain from a blockage somewhere, you need to open whatever valve that is too closed.

Yoga is a very healthy practice which is practiced by many Gentiles world wide who aren't SS.

If you live in extremely oppressive or religious places where Yoga is seen as evil or practice of meditation and other forms of spirituality would be considered heathen, be careful on what you teach to your family.

Think places where islam is rampant, other other oppression (The CCP bans many forms of spiritual practice, be careful in those places as well).

If where you live has enough freedom where you can safely practice meditation and Yoga without inviting scrutiny or severe threat, there is only benefit to be had in teaching Yoga to your family.

Try to feel the energy in the same way that you can feel a material object, like your clothes. Do the foundation meditation, then focus on the energy you have just raised. Keep focusing and eventually your mind will be able to feel it more strongly.

Yes, 1 rep is one breath with the forward and back movement.

When you start with Kundalini yoga, it is advised NOT to start with 108 reps, but to go down with them ans to start with 54 for example, or even less.

You can gradually increase the reps as you get used to it.

I doubt there is a strict order for everyone. Some people can very early on experience the awakening and rising of the Serpent for example.
The Magnum Opus is ofc the main objective and a huge milestone.

Work on purifying and opening your soul. Use the meditations on the Joy of Satan. Also be close to the Gods and let them guide you through your intuition from within, don’t be afraid of this. This is where you will make the most progress.

I've always breath in these positive energies inside my body. And then expelling it out to the aura. Are we to connect with said energy? Or is the energy connected on the aura and no further internalization is needed?

I know the aura is an emanation of the Soul's molecular/atomic/spiritual particle vibrations. As it's been said everything contains an aura as everything vibrates. But is the aura considered a separate component of the soul. Or part of the soul and an underlying larger connection?

I ask because some people have mentioned in the past. Things put on the aura begin to enter the body and manifest stuff using the soul. So is the aura considered a separate component or vehicle or is the soul and aura more interconnected? Am I inadvertently siphoning energy into my soul from breathing in the white-gold energy and thus my aura of protection receives less white-gold energy as some of it stays inside my soul for the my soul to process?

So would opening them once be enough? I have done that in the general 40 Day Meditation Program.

I was wondering about that because I was doing unblocking for every single chakra and I noticed how it was getting a bit tiring with just with doing that and the kundalini yoga alone, not including doing empowering and kundalini yoga in the same day as well.

I'm easing off slightly from doing that now with doing the 26 reps of the kundalini yoga flexes instead of the entire 108, and then will start back to normal once I feel like I've recovered a good amount of energy.

Just to make sure as well, I don't have to do each chakra when I unblock it? I was thinking about how I've read how energy builds up from each one. Does it matter if I do one, one day and another on the next? Same for the Kundalini Yoga as well since you mentioned about how I should be unblocking my chakras everyday if I do the Kundalini Yoga each day, would it be ok to spread it out during the week and do it for a day or to during the week?

Sometimes after i do mantra and do my other working directly after, it is very difficult to vibrate or even just say the words.

Aura is part of your soul and strongly connected to your body, it is part of it.

One example, lay down on your side, rest one leg on the other leg, now direct energy from one leg up the body, with a strong flow.
You will feel this even in the other leg that it touching the leg where you direct the energy up. Aura works similarly. Aura is mostly magnetic but also electric.

Energy within your body is mostly electric. It’s best to breathe in energy into your body and use this energy from the body to work on the Aura.

Can anyone give me some useful ideas to make readers curious and eager to know more? I will start with a pagan family that lives in the 19th century among Christians and the difficulties they endure. I need more ideas and strong messages, useful information but which does not attract too much attention to the Jews. Dadga is Enlil right?
