We are Spiritual Satanists. Therefore, any other allegiance you may have, is inconsequential here.
You dedicate to Satan through the dedication ritual to begin your journey through Spiritual Satanism, the rise towards the Godhead.
Even if you have been in touch before with Gods, you still dedicate, as ones dedication in Spiritual Satanism is the starting point of the conscious renouncement of all enemy notions and delusions, the starting point to become conscious of eternal truth and progress towards full enlightenment and understanding.
Set is one of Satan's Sons. He is not Satan himself, neither is he another God.
As for the mythology, you cannot take any part of either Greek or Egyptian myth as literal, the true relationships between the Gods and whom is is who cannot be found by looking through the mythological family lines as they are written
These are all allegory, and many Gods are represented by different deities in the same pantheon of both the Greek, Egyptian and other ancient Pagan pantheons as they are very multifaceted beings, the deities on the pantheon are more representations of certain aspects of the great beings which are the Gods.
Most of these relations or even titles also aren't literal, only to a certain extent. It is therefore difficult to connect certain deities to their true identity, especially tracing back through different pantheons of different ages in order to find the root.
What is known however is that Satan is Enki is the Sumerian Pantheon, and Enlil is Baalzebul who in the Greek Pantheon is Zeus. Neither of them are Set.
For who exactly Set is in the Greek Pantheon, I am not certain. There is some confusion there especially through cross pantheon examination.
HP HoodedCobra will in the future write more about Set, as was done in the detailed and advanced pages on Satan, Astarte, Baalzevulon and Azazel Apollo, but this takes time as a lot of knowledge and information on this is lost and has to be rediscovered through physic communication with the Gods as well as research into lost knowledge that cannot be found at all in any books or written accounts.
Hail Satan!
