Is a planetary square ruined if you are interrupted in the middle of doing the mantras? I was interrupted half way through but continued it afterwards.

Well if you did too many reps or too few the entire square is ruined.
Lets say you have to vibrate a Mantra, lets say 40 for today. You already did 30, got interrupted, resumed with your square and did 10 additional reps, then chances are good that you die not ruined your entire working.

How ever if you did 30, stopped and did another 40 well then your square is ruined, if you ask me.

I experienced the same problem a while ago doing the Jupiter square. I got interrupted and I lost my focus for about 5-10 minutes doing some other things out of my control.

I stopped at GRIM and I continued GRAUM afterwards.

Is the working really not ruined when the counting is perfectly finished? I hope some other members can reassure this.

Is there any particular reason you are doing them slowly, or do you simply just do them slowly?

Aura cleaning is usually pretty fast process. You do the mantra whilst simultaneously visualising, and affirm at the end with visualisation, or simply only with visualisation both of which take 5-15 minutes usually for most.

Nothing wrong to spend more time with these activities as long as you have the time.

Especially at the beginning they can take longer. Think it like writing. If you are a kid who just grabbed a pen, then your writing would be slow and hard to read. As you practice more, you will be faster and more adept. This is an usual learning curve for meditation. Don't let this affect you. After some time this won't happen and those will be as easy as eating and drinking.

I know another person who gets dandruffs when he is really stressed out, like 1-2 moths before out exams.
Maybe it’s stress?

It seems that you can only turn the date of the calendar by +1 only after sunrise but not at 12:00 AM.
Am I right on this one ?

Day begins when the Sun rises.
Night begins when the Sun sets.

Affirmation should be stated out loud when able. It causes friction with physical vibration.

You can state them in your mind, but I found it to be less effective in programming.

It's good when you meditate this long, it's still 1h of meditation you are doing.

I already answered your question, but to clarify it more: Date is changed when the Sun rises.

In conclusion there is no set time for it due to tilt in axis of Earth.

I used to in the past use SoL Charka Spin but funny enough it just makes me lazy. I visualize the chakra state in my mind Speed of Light and spin the chakra color white and it spins however it spins in my mental visualization.

I ask because I return back to EZ Charka Spin and it's like yeah my chakra spin but so slowly. My mind has difficulty visualizing the spin. I just spin it to the best of my abilities and hope for the best.

So at what point should I move to SoL movement? Or should I do it regardless of how pathetic the spin of the chakras are in my mind?

Hi, this is my first post here. Nice to meet you guys!

I have found JoS site not long ago, I think it's been close to a month but it feels like more because I'm addicted to it and have been reading it nonstop. A series of strange coincidences has led me to this site, it's like I was meant to find it. A few months ago a friend gave me the book "The Kybalion" as a present at a time when I was in a spiritual journey searching for a religion, and it opened a whole new world to me, I became obsessed with the occult. This friend also showed me a very interesting youtube channel about ETs, up to that point I didn't believe in ETs and never considered looking into it because I thought it was goofy, but I started watching and started believing, and than I watched a video on the Annunaki theory and that blew my mind. Soon after I was searching something about xianity and communism and found the JoS. I started reading and everything on this website sounded true to me (I was already redpiled on the jew thing).
I haven't yet performed the dedication ritual due to still having fears and doubts, I used to be xian when I was younger. I wanted to research more before doing it but at the same time I feel like I'm losing so much for not doing it.
But since I'm here I have a couple of weird questions:
1 - What's ADHD? I have the non hyperactive type. I've read somewhere here that it's not a real disease but all my life I had terrible memory, difficulty paying attention to other people, difficulty concentrating and always stuck in dream world. Does any knows why?
2 - Why do I yawn during meditation? Specially during void meditation I yawn lot, it's distracting and my eyes water up. It happens more when my mind is all over the place.

When one encounters problems and obstacles, one should go to the bottom of this and every night before going to sleep, affirm 20-30 times when relaxed, for example: "I have perfect concentration."

Other affirmations for example- "I am always highly motivated and I always meditate every day", “I always have time to do quality meditations", “I am able to enter deep trances easily" you get the general idea. Remember, affirmations should always be in the present tense because the subconscious mind and soul do not have a time frame such as in the future tense "will" happen. Always make your affirmations in the present tense.

Before sleeping, affirmations should be done some 25-30 times for 40 days straight.

Whatever works for you man.

Try spinning your chakras after hatha yoga in corpse pose, or at the end of chakra meditation to see what kind of effect it has.

This question recently popped up in my head.

I've modified the basic AoP on JoS meditation section.

Affirm: "I am breathing in powerful protective energy. This energy is building an aura of protection around me. This aura protects me at all times in every way." x8(as I use it 8 times).

Now this is the basic AoP; The way I say it is: "I am breathing in power white-gold protective energy. This energy is building an aura of protection around me. This aura protects me at all times, in a safe, healthy, positive, and beneficial way for me."

Now after this thought popped in my head. Am I hurting or helping myself by dictating the positive clause at the end?

It states in every way. I can't say I ever had a bad experience with basic AoP but should it be in every way or is in a safe, healthy, positive, and beneficial way for me. I recall at least one member many years ago mentioned they used in every way and were protected negatively. I can't say I've been protected negatively.

Am I hurting my defenses with my own modification?

Same with the AoP booster from the JoS section: My aura is very powerful and is protecting me at all times and in a safe, healthy, positive, and beneficial way for me.

Should it be in every way as well?

Same as above. Whatever works for you.

Personally I focus on the energy I raised, and program it to protect me from any and all harm and negativity in a positive and healthy way, and that's that. Then I move on and let it do its thing.

When activating higher chakras it can be common to see sparks, rays, colors, swirls, etc. Open or closed. This is a nod towards your third eye starting to function properly.

However you like. As it raises energies it's best to do before rituals or cases where you want your energies (and flexibility) boosted, but other than that it does not matter. It's also a good recovery method after physical exercise and one long term effect is faster recovery from workouts.

To my understanding the astral is the 4th dimension. The 5th dimension is a new age concept to stray away from the number 4 which is of Satan. However, there is always a higher vibration above the preceding. This is why when some weak tainted souls die they reside in their own personal consciousness of torment; nevertheless, on the 4th. While heroes/demons/gods reside still on the 4th yet on their own personal spheres of the 4th. I hope that makes sense.

Hi, thanks for the reply (I just managed to find it in this plethora of messages lol).

I am pretty sure I read "Leviathan" somewhere in the Demons pages in the JoS like 17 years ago or something like that.. I don't know if that was a mistake or it could even be that I remember things wrong (I rarely do but it's a possibility).
