الهالة هي حقلٌ كهرومغنطيسي من الطاقة التي تحيط بالإنسان وكل شيء حي وغير حي. لكل فردٍ هالةٍ فريدةٍ مثل بصمات الأصابع.
تنظيف الهالة بإستمرار يحميك من التقاط العديد من الأمراض إذ يقوي المناعة وإذ معظم الأمراض تنتج عن الطاقة السلبية التي تلتصق بالهالة، فحين تنظف هالتك يمكنك ان تتخلص من المرض قبل تجله. تنظيف وتعزيز الهالة يقوي الروح فتلعب دور الدرع الروحي الذي يحميك من الطاقة السلبية، من السحر الأسود والشعوذة، ومن النية السيئة تجاهك. الهالة النظيفة والوطيدة تجعل شخصيتك مرغوبة وكاريزمية، فتربح اعجاب الغير ويصبح من السهل ان تفوز بمعروف.
حين تكون الهالة نظيفة ومضيئة، يشعرُ المرءُ بالراحة والصحة والقوة والتناغم. تكون هالتك بصحةٍ جيدة حين يمكنك ان تتخايلها محاوطةً اياك بنورٍ مشع. الصحة والقوة الحقيقية تنبعث من التناغم بين النفس، العقل، والجسد؛ إمّا الضعف فهو نتيجة تنافر وفَقد التوازن بين هذه الثلاثة.
مثلما الجسد يحتاج دائماً الى التنظيف من الأوساخ، كذلك الهالة تحتاج ان تتطهر من كل الجزيئات التي تلتصق بها بسبب احتكاكنا بأشخاصٍ عدة والأفكار التي تواردنا وتؤثر على مشاعرنا، ملهمةً إيانا إما بالخوف أو بالغضب أو بالبغض، والطاقة البيئية حيث المرء يعيش.
كيفية تنظيف الهالة:
١ - الاسترخاء
أغمض عينيك. أرخي عضلات وجهك بدءاً من عيناكَ، ثم فمك، وخديك، وأخيراً الفكين jaws. يمكنك ان تفتح فمك وتغلقه عدة مرّات برفقٍ لإزالة أي توتر في هذه المنطقة. الآن أرخي عنقك؛ يمكنك ان تفركه بلطفٍ؛ فإن الحلق هو ملتقى المشاعر، كل الحزن والفرح والقهر تتجمع في عنقك وقلبك. دع كلّ المشاعر السلبية تخرج من جسدك. نعم، تخلى عن الشدة والتوتر، فإنك لست بحاجة إليهما. على الأقل تخلى عن الضعف والطاقة السلبية لبعض الدقائق خلال هذا التمرين؛ على الأرجح ان تكتشف إنك لا تحتاج اليهما...
يمكنك ايضاَ ان تنفض يداك بقوةٍ، نافياً الطاقة السلبية منهما.
راقب عقلك وأفكارك من غير نقدٍ. ما يشغلهما؟ أفرغ عقلك وأحضرهُ الى هذه اللحظة وهذا المكان حيث تتواجد، فكل ما يتعلق بالماضي، حتى اللحظة التي مرت للتوِ، لا يوجد إلا في الذاكرة ولذلك لا قوة لديه عليك فلا يجب ان يؤثر عليك أو يحتل عقلك. القوة الوحيدة التي نمتلكها هي الحاضر، هذه اللحظة ولا غير. من غير هذه اللحظة، لا توجد السعادة ولا القوة: القوة الحقيقية تبدأ بالسيطرة على النفس، على مشاعرك، على قلبك وعقلك. القوة تبدأ في الإرادة.
استمع الى دقات قلبك فاتصل مع جسدك. غالباً ما نكون منغمسين، او حتى غارقين، في مستنقع الماضي او كهوف الغد المجهولة فننفصل تماماً عن جسدنا ومحيطنا والحاضر فنخسر الشعور بأجسادنا. الرجوع الى الجسد وافراغ العقل من تكاثر الأفكار يساعدنا بأن نشعر أفضل ونتخلص من القلق والغضب.
قم بالتركيز على تنفسك، شهيق ثم زفير. أدخل الراحة او أي شيء ترغب بتحقيقه واخرج الحزن، اليأس وكل ما يزعجك وتريد التخلص منه. دع النفس يدخل الى عمق قلبك ورئتيك ودع الإسترخاء يصل الى أصابع قدميك. استمع الى الأصوات من حولك من غير احكامٍ (دعها تكون وراقبها) مما يساعدك على الرجوع الى الآن ومحيطك وعلى والإدراك بجسدك الداخلي. هذا التمرين الاستهلالي يشبه الخروج من حوض ماءٍ او من نفقٍ معتم حيث صداة الأصوات تشكل تشويه وفوضى وارتباك في الأفكار و"الوعي". الوعي هو من أهم القوات البشرية؛ من غير الوعي ليس لدينا الوجود.
يمكن القيام بهذا التمرين في أي وقت للاسترخاء ويمكنه ان يكون تمرين كامل لوحده يستغرق دقيقة او اكثر حسب ارادتك.
٢. إنارة الهالة:
استمع الى دقات قلبك مجدداً، فتزيد وعيك واحساسك بجسدك. الآن انقل هذا الوعي من قلبك الى الهالة التي تحيط بك مثلما النور يحاوط اشعاع القمر.
تخيّل/ي الهالة مثل نور الشمس، أي بيضاء وذهبية.
السحر هو قوة النفس والعقل ولا يجب ان نخشى قوانا، تذكر ان النخبة الحاكمة تمارس السحر على الشعب بعدما حرقت معظم الساحرات وكتبهن في محاكم التفتيش الكاثوليكية اليهودية وسرقت كتب السحر لتملأ بها أرشيف الفاتيكان الذي يستفيد منه اليهود والإكليروس والكهنة ؛ بعدما فبركت الإسلام والمسيحية اللتان تخوفان أتباعهما من قدراتهم الروحانية أي السحر، لقد سرقت النخبة اليهودية كل المعلومات التي تمكّن قدرات الإنسان وتجعل الفرد قوي، متحرر وبصحة سليمة، وأبقتها لنفسها، تستخدمها لإغتناء اليهود اما الأغيار او الوثنيين فيبقون من غير قوة ومن غير معرفة؛ ان كنت تجهل كل شيء عن السحر لا يمكنك ان تفهم كيف اليهود يسيطرون على شعوب الأرض او كيف تحمي نفسك من سحرهم وتحارب شعوذتهم: انهم يسرقون أسلحتك الروحانية والفكرية بإسم محمد اليهودي وبإسم يسوع اليهودي.
في التأمل والسحر لكل لونٍ معنى ودورٍ. نور الشمس الذهبي الأبيض هو من أكثر الألوان فعالية وقوة في تنظيف وحماية النفس. حاول قدر استطاعتك ان تتخيّل هذا النور من حولك، فالتخيّل هو تركيز الوعي على منطقة معيّنة في الجسم مما يغذيها. من خلال التخيّل، نقوي أجزاءاً من أنفسنا تحتاج الى الوعي مثلما الجسم يحتاج للطعام والفيتامينات. التخيّل، أي القدرة على رسم صورة في العقل، هو من أهم مراحل قانون الجذب والاهتزاز ومن الأركان الأساسية في كل التمارين المتعلقة بالروح والعقل؛ مع الخبرة، نكتشف ان معظم الأديان وطقوسها، خاصةً الإبراهيمية منها، لا تحتوي على شيء من الروحانية، ولذلك نستنتج انها قد صنعت من أجل تضعيف الروح والنفس البشرية. الروح تتكون من النور، ولذلك إنارة الروح من خلال التخيّل والتصوّر ضروري لإبقاء النفس قوية أو حتى على قيد الحياة. حين الروح تتقمص مرات عدة والمرء يمضي حياته من غير وعي الذات ومن غير تقوية روحه من خلال تمارين التنفس والتخيّل من بين أمور أخرى، حينها تنطفئ شعلة الروح وتضمحل، فتموت.
٣. تمديد الهالة (aura expansion)
حاول ان تحافظ على هذه الصورة لدقيقةٍ أو أكثر: نور ذهبي وابيض يغلفك. إذا كان الطقس مشمساً، أغمض عيناك وانظر الى الشمس. تنفس القوة والحرارة والصحة من الشمس وعند الزفير، دع هالتك تكبر وتتوسع وتزيد نوراً. أعيد هذا التنفس عدة مرات، آخذاً أنفاسا مشحونة من قوة شمسية. افعل هذه الخطوة (تمديد/توسيع الهالة) حتى بغياب الشمس. فالنظر الى الشمس (بعينتان مغمضتان مخافةً من إضرار البصر) يساعد على امتصاص الطاقة من الشمس التي هي طاقة قوية جداً ويمكن امتصاص الطاقة الشمسية كتمرين كامل لوحده يمكنه ان يصنع العجائب على صعيد النفس والجسد.
٤. إنارة جسد النور The light body))
الهالة تغلف أو تحيط بالجسد، انما جسد النور يملأ الجسم. تخيّل، يجب ان تقدر على ان ترى هذا التخيّل إما بأعين مغمضة ومفتوحة، بأن شمسٍ تنزل على رأسك، تنير عقلك وجمجمتك وعيناك ووجهك، تنير حلقك ورقبتك، تنير صدرك وقلبك ورئتيك، تنير كتفيك وذراعيك ويديك، تنير عمودك الفقري الكلي أهمية وقوة، تنير بطنك وأعضائك التناسلية ورجليك وقدميك. بالمختصر، هذه او هذا الضوء ينير جسمك كله.
الهالات وأجسام النور يمكنها ان تكون أي لون؛ ولكن نستعين بلون الشمس الذهبي والأبيض كونه ممتاز بتنقية النفس من الجزئيات السلبية وتقوية وحماية الفرد.
٥. إنارة الشكرات (chakras) الثلاث عشر
بعد توسيع الهالة في البعض من الأنفاس، مع الشمس او من غيرها، تصوّر شمساً صغيرة على كل من الشقرات/الشاكرات الأساسية في جسمك. الشقرات هي نقط تجمع الطاقة في الجسم وهي كلمة هندوسية تعني دولاب. شكل الشقرا يشبه الأهرامات. ابدأ من شقرا التاج فوق رأسك. تخيّل شمساً صغيرة في هذه النقطة. خذ نفس عميق وواعياً (يكون النفس واعياً من خلال التركيز على هذه اللحظة والمكان عوضاً من الماضي والمستقبل، التركيز على مجرى التنفس، من خلال شعور الهواء إذ يدخل الأنف والرئتين) وعند الزفير، مدد أو أوسع هذه الشمس. عند الحاجة الى تنظيف وحماية أكثر، يمكنك ان تقوم بترنيم بعض كلمات القوة، أي المانترا في السنسكريتية، مثل كلمات الشمس: راوم (RAUM)، سوريا (SURYA)، او الكلمات الرونية ((RUNIC، مثل سوفيلو (SOWILO, W=V)، وهي رون الشمس، او ألكيتس/ألغيتس/ألغيز (ALGIZ): رون للحماية. إذ احتجت الى حماية وتنظيف إضافي، رنم إحدى هذه كلمات القوة عدد من المرات (٤٠، ١٠٨، أو حتى ١٠ مرات قد تكون فعالية.)

شاكرا التاج، Sahasrara، مما تعني الزهرة ذات الألف بتلات، تحقق النعيم والوعي والقدرات الروحانية.
انتقل إنذاك الى الشقرا الأسفل: الشاكرا السادسة، Ajna، حيث توجد العين الثالثة وهي مصدر للإلهام والحدس (التخمين) الروحاني. أعيد نفس الخطوات من تخيل الشمس وشحنها وتوسيعها من خلال النفس الواعي.
ثم شقرا الحلق، Vishuddha، وهي تتعلق بالحقيقة وهي سرير المشاعر.
شاكرا القلب، Anahata، هي نقطة إلتقاء الشقرات السفلى مع الشقرات العلية وملتقى الطاقة الأنثوية بالطاقة الذكورية. النجمة السداسية ذات الأصل الهندوسي ترمز الى هذا الالتقاء. من بين وظائف هذه الشقرا، أهمها التوحيد بين الشقرات العلية (السماء/الفردوس) والشقرات السفلية (الجحيم). البعض يعتقد ان هذه النجمة تعود الى الديانة اليهودية، ولكن في الحقيقة، اليهود وأديان ابراهيمية أخرى، قد سرقوا هذا الرمز وقاموا بتشويهه. هذه العادة الرذيلة، التشويه وتكذيب الحقائق الروحانية والتاريخية، هي جريمة هائلة يقترفها اليهود على مرّ التاريخ. فبسببهم، لا نعلم إلا القليل عن التاريخ الحقيقي. فالكذبة لا يمكنها ان تستمر من غير خنق الحقيقة، كما ان العتمة لا يمكنها ان تعيش حيث النور يتواجد.
لذلك، الأديان الابراهيمية، التي قام باختراعها اليهود للسيطرة على الشعوب غير اليهودية وللقضاء على الروحانيات الحقيقية التي تسبق اليهودية بآلاف السنوات مثل الحضارة المصرية من حيث اليهود سرقوا الكثير من المعلومات، وذلك من أجل تضعيف البشر لاستعبادهم كما وُرِدَ في التلمود بشكل بارز وفي التوراة بطريقة غير مباشرة. ففي التلمود، قيل ان يهوه قد صنع غير اليهودي حيواناً بشكل بشري كي لا يحتاج اليهود ان تخدمهم الحيوانات، ولذلك، في المنطق اليهودي، غير اليهود لا يحق لهم ان يمتلكوا أي ارضاً او مالاً ولذلك يحق لليهودي ان يستولي على أراضي، ممتلكات، او مال الأغيار ((goyim في أي وقت. يمكننا مراقبة هذا المرض الإجرامي في الاحتلال الفلسطيني. اما في التوراة فمكتوب ان اليهودي يجب ان يجلس كالأفندي ويتنعم بالنعيم والطيب، حين الأغيار يخدمونه كالعبيد. التوراة هي فقط محاولة اليهود بإعطاء نفسهم شأناً ومكانة لا يستحقونها، ناهيك عن كون التوراة وكل فلسفة اليهود وإبراهيم مسروقة عن الشعوب القديمة المعروفة بالوثنية، أي غير اليهودية.
شاكرا البطن حيث قوة الإرادة. هذه الشاكرا مسؤولة عن تقوية المناعة والحسم. Manipura، أي سرة البطن، حين تكون هذه الشقرا قوية وسليمة، يمكنك ان تجذب وتصنع المال بأكثر سهولة، يمكنك ان تحمي نفسك من الطاقات السلبية ومن التقاط الأمراض.
شاكرا الحوض، مركز الشهوانية والإبداع الفني Svadhishthana)) تقع هذه النقطة أسفل البطن تحت سرة البطن وفوق المنطقة التناسلية. إن الأديان الإبراهيمية (اليهودية وفرعيها المسيحية والإسلامية) تخيف أتباعها من طاقاتهم الجنسية. هذه التعاليم الانتحارية المبغضة للطبيعة البشرية تعمل على قتل النفس البشرية، على إعدام قوة الأغيار، أي غير اليهود. هذه التعاليم الانتحارية، مثل العديد من تعاليم العصر الجديد New Age)) التي لا تختلف عن المسيحية الانتحارية، تقتل الكوندليني kundalini أي الطاقة الأنثوية التي تعقب في أسفل العمود الفقري وهي تشبه الأفعى؛ فهي تصعد الى شقرا التاج لدى الأفراد المتنورين، أي الذين يعملون على تقوية أرواحهم عن طريق التأمل، الخيمياءalchemy¬¬––، وغيره).
حين تُكبتْ القوة الجنسية التي ترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بقوة الروح (bioelectricity/life-force) لا يمكن للكوندليني بالصعود لأن شقرا الحوض الجنسي والإبداعي تكون مغلقة وضعيفة، وبالتالي يفقد الإنسان الكثير من القوة الروحانية منها القوة الخارقة او العظمى. فأتباع أو قطيع البرامج الإبراهيمية لا تصلح إلا حين تُقتَلْ قواها الفكرية، الروحانية، والتمردية. لذلك نرى الكثير من المراجع الإبراهيمية، أكثرها اليهودية، تقتل وتذبح وتدمر الأفعى التي تحولت الى رمز للشر (بالرغم من الشر الهائل الذي يملأ الكتب الإبراهيمية، سأكتب عن الشر الإنجيلي والقرآني لاحقاً) هذا كله محاولة رذيلة لقتل الكوندليني. قبل انتشار الوباء اليهودي، كانت الأفعى والتنين من الرموز المقدسة التي تمثل الكوندليني أي احدى قوى الإنسان العظمى. لا يمكن اليهود ان يستعبدوا شعوب يقظة وقوية، فيعملون على تضعيف وقتل النفس البشرية.
لولا الديانة المسيحية، لما نجح اليهود بهزم الإمبراطورية الرومانية الوثنية أي غير اليهودية. لولا برمجة العقل اليهودية المعروفة بالإسلام، لما نجح اليهود بإحتلال فلسطين، حبيبة الآلهة الحقيقية وموقع ذو قوة جيولوجية مثل خطوط لاي lay lines)) التي تتكاثر في فلسطين وكون هذا البلد يشكل مركز أساسي لإلتقاء الأديان الإبراهيمية الثلاثة (اليهودية، المسحية، والإسلام) التي كلها من اختراع اليهود وتهدف لاستعباد العرق البشري وتدمير كل الروحانية الحقيقية. فإسرائيل ترمز الى الحقيقة ان كل من تيك الأديان الثلاثة هي تحت سيادة اليهود، موقع استراتيجي بالفعل.
شقرا الجَذْرِ (root chakra, Muladhara). هذه الشقرا تتعلق بالأمور الحياتية: الجانب العملي والجسدي للحياة. فهي تساعد على تحقيق ثقة في النفس ووعي الذات واحترام الذات. فهي أيضا تساعد على بناء شخصية قوية وهوية سليمة.
الآن تخيّل شمساً صغيرة على كل من كتفيك، يديك، وأسفل رجليك.
هكذا تكون قد قمت بتنوير كل الشقرات الثلاث عشر الأساسية وتنقية هالتك. هذا التمرين يأخذ القليل من الوقت، حوالي ٣-٥ دقائق، بالرغم من طول ووفرة المعلومات في هذا النص. من المستحب ان تقوم بهذا التمرين في الصباح عند الاستقاظ وخاصةً قبل الخلود الى النوم. لا يجب بتاتاً ان تنام وهالتك وسخة وقواك منخفضة، فخلال النوم يمكننا إعادة برمجة اللاوعي، لذلك الأفكار التي نفكر بها والحالة النفسية والعقلية التي نغفوا معها تؤثر جداً على اللاوعي المسؤول عن كيفية حيواتنا تتجلى أمامنا والسبل التي تذهب بها. هذا ما يسمى بالإيحاء الذاتي (auto-suggestion) أي برمجة العقل الباطني من خلال ترديد توكيد _affirmation_ لرغبة معيّنة في دقائق النعاس قبل وبعد النوم حيث يكون العقل في حالة موجة الثيتا _theta wave_ التي تمكننا من إعادة برمجة العقل الباطني. ان معظم الصلوات الإبراهيمية هي بمثابة الإيحاء الذاتي حيث يقوم المصلي بترديد صلاة معينة والوظيفة الوحيدة منها هو تلقين اللاوعي وتثبيت الإيمان الديني في العقل الباطني. هنا يبرمج المصلي عقله لمصلحة الديانة ولا لإستفادته الشخصية ويصبح من الصعب جداً الإفرار من القفص الديني.
لكي يكون للصلاة أي فعالية ونتائج غير برمجة العقل الباطني، يجب ان تكون مكوّنة من مانترا أي كلمة ذات قوة ويجب ترنيمها او ذبذبتها عدد من المرات وهنا الرقم يشكل فرق إذ معاني الأعداد السحرية يحتوي على قوة تساعد على إنجاح العمل الروحي او السحري.

أود ان أشير الى أصل كلمة "شيطان" التي تعني "عدو" في اللغة العبرانية (المسروقة عن الفينيقية والسنسكريتية) ولكن ذات أصل سنسكريتي، اللغة الهندوسية التي هي من أقدم لغات العالم وأكثرها قداسة: سا تا نا ما أو سات نام (SaTaNaMa, Sat Nam) اللتان تعنيان "أنا الحقيقة." أهل بالصدفة اختار "الشعب المختار" هذه الكلمة لتسمية عدوهم الأساسي؟ كلا، انهم يدرون ماذا يفعلون: يسرقون الحضارات الوثنية المبنية على تمكين النفس البشرية وتعليم الإنسان كيف يصبح إله، فيشوهون هذه المعلومات ويفبركون حضارة معاكسة تعطيهم أهمية وامتياز ليستعبدوا شعوب الأرض ويجلسون على عروش الملوك فيسخرون من الأغيار (غير اليهود) اذ يعملون بالسخرة في معسكرات الشيوعية اليهودية من غير التلذذ بأي من الملذات الحياتية! فقط الشعب الذي اختار نفسه ليكون مختار الشر والكذب والرياء والنفاق والحروب اللامتناهية يحق له التلذذ والتنعم بالملذات والنعيم.
عدو شعب "الأكاذيب" المختار هي الحقيقة! الشيطان، أنكي، لوسيفر: حامل الضوء والمعرفة. ونعم، نحتاج قوة الشيطان المحب للبشر كي نهزم أعمدة اليهود الإستعبادية. نعم، نحتاج يد العون من آلهة "الأغيار" ما يسمى بالآلهة الوثنية (التي أساساً تعني غير اليهود) لنهزم قلعة الظلم اليهودية. أهل تظن ان كل الآلهة هي وثنية شريرة وفقط آلهة اليهود التي فُرِضَتْ بالقسر والإكراه والحروب والإرهاب على الأغيار هي الصالحة؟ أفقط يهوه وحده الصالح، بالرغم من انه يريد ان يُذْبَحَ الأطفال الأبرياء لتكريمه ويُقْتَلَ الملايين لا بل المليارات من الأغيار تحت سيف اليهود وتقتل النساء الحوامل الجانتيليات وتُذبحْ بطونهن وتصبح الفتيات العذريات غير-اليهوديات عبدة الجنس للرجال اليهودية؟ كل هذا مكتوب في الأناجيل ولكن الشعوب تحت سيطرة السحر اليهودي: لا يمكنها ان ترى ما هو واضح للعيان.
اقرأ التوراة بتمعن وسترى من هو الإله الشرير بعينك. العديد من الآيات تتكلم عن كيف يهوه يجبر الأعداء او "الخاطئون" على أكل لحم أطفالهم، او كيف لتكريمه، يجب على الأهالي ان يطبخوا أولادهم، خاصةً الأبكار منهم، ويأكلونهم لتسبيح هذا الوحش المريض. نعم، يكثر أكل لحوم البشر في الكتاب اليهودي وتكثر سفاح القربى فيه، أي مضاجعة الأقارب: أخ يضاجع أخته او فتاتان يمارسون الجنس مع والدهم كما ذُكر في قصة سدوم وعمورة حيث الفتاتان يعطيان الخمر لأبيهما لوط فيمارسون الجنس معه في الكهف لصنع الأطفال من والدهم بعدما يهوه المريض قام بقتل الجميع. من المؤسف ان كم هائل من العبيد يرددون هذه الأسطورة الدميمة ويبنون أحكامهم المسبقة وأخلاقهم عليها.

An aura is an electromagnetic field of energy that surrounds humans and everything living and inanimate. Everyone has a unique aura, like one’s fingerprints.
Cleaning the aura regularly protects you from catching many diseases as it strengthens immunity, and as most diseases result from the negative energy that sticks to the aura; when you clean your aura, you can get rid of the disease before it appears. How to clean the Aura:
1- Relaxation

The only power we possess is the present, this moment and nothing else. Listen to your heartbeat and communicate with your body. Often, we are immersed, or even drowning, in the swamp of the past or the unknown caves of tomorrow, so we are completely separated from our body, our surroundings, and the present, and we become numb to our bodies. Returning to the body and emptying the mind from crowded thoughts helps us feel better and get rid of anxiety and anger.
Focus on your breathing, inhale, and exhale. Breathe in comfort or whatever you wish to achieve and breathe out the sadness, despair and everything that annoys you and wants to get rid of it. 2. Aura Illumination:
Listen to your heartbeat again, to increase your awareness and sense of your inner body. Now transfer this awareness from your heart to the aura that surrounds you, just as the aureole surrounds the moon.
Imagine your aura as the light of the sun, that is, white and gold.
Witchcraft is the strength of the soul and mind; we should not fear our powers. In meditation and magick, each colour has a meaning and a role. Golden white sunlight is one of the most effective and powerful colours in cleansing and protecting oneself. Try as much as you can to visualize this light around you. Imagination is focusing awareness on a specific area of the body which nourishes it. Through visualization, we strengthen parts of ourselves that need awareness just as the body needs food and vitamins. Imagination, that is, the ability to draw an image in the mind, is one of the most important stages of the Law of Attraction and Vibration and one of the basic pillars of all exercises related to the spirit and mind.
With experience, we discover that most religions and their rituals, especially the Abrahamic ones, do not contain any spirituality, and therefore we conclude that they were made for the sake of weakening the human mind and soul as preparation for slavery. The soul is composed of light, so illumination of the soul through visualization is necessary to keep the soul strong or even alive. When the soul reincarnates several times, and a person spends his life without self-awareness and without strengthening his soul through breathing exercises and imagination among other things, then the flame of the soul diminishes and becomes extinguished, so it dies.
3. Aura expansion
Try to preserve this image for a minute or so: golden and white light enveloping you. If the weather is sunny, close your eyes and look at the sun. Breathe in the strength, heat and health from the sun and upon exhalation, let your aura enlarge, expand, and brighten. Repeat this breath several times, taking in air impregnated with solar power. Do this step (aura expansion) even in the absence of the sun. Looking at the sun (with two eyes closed for fear of damaging the eyesight) helps to absorb the energy from the sun, which is very strong energy. Solar energy can be absorbed as a complete exercise on its own that can work wonders on the level of the soul and the body.
4. Illuminating the body of light
The aura envelops or surrounds the body, but the body of light fills the body. Imagine, you must be able to see this image either with eyes closed or open, that the sun falls upon your head, illuminates your mind, skull, eyes and face, illuminates your throat and neck, enlightens your chest, heart and lungs, enlightens your shoulders, arms and hands, illuminates your entire spine which is of much importance and strength, enlightens your belly and your genitals, legs and feet. In short, this light illuminates your entire body.

5. Illumination of the thirteen chakras
After expanding the aura visualize a small sun on each of the main chakras in your body. Chakras are focal points of energy in the body; it is a Hindu word meaning wheel. The shape of the chakra is similar to the pyramids. Begin with the crown chakra above your head. Imagine a little sun at this point. Take a deep and conscious breath (the breath becomes conscious by focusing on this moment and place instead of the past and the future, by focusing on the airway, by feeling the air as it enters the nose and lungs) and upon exhalation, expand this sun. If you need extra cleaning and protection, you can chant some words of strength, that is, the mantra in Sanskrit, such as the words of the sun: Raum, Surya, or runic words such as SOWILO, (W = V) the Rune of the Sun, or ALGIZ: Rune of protection. If you need additional protection and cleaning, vibrate one of these words of strength a number of times (40, 108, or even 10 times may be effective.)

The crown chakra, Sahasrara, meaning the thousand-petalled flower, brings bliss, awareness, and spiritual power.
Then move to the lower chakra: the sixth chakra, Ajna, where the third eye is located and which is a source of cosmic insight and spiritual intuition, the seat of intuition. Repeat the same steps of imagining the sun and charging and expanding it through conscious breathing.
Then the throat chakra, Vishuddha, which is related to truth and is the seat of feelings.
The heart chakra, Anahata, is the meeting point of the lower chakras with the upper chakras and the meeting point of feminine energy with masculine energy. The six-pointed star of Hindu origin symbolizes this intersection. Among the functions of this chakra, the most important one is the unification between the upper chakras (heaven / paradise) and the lower chakras (hell). When the sexual force which is closely related to the bioelectricity/life-force is suppressed, the kundalini cannot ascend because the sexual and creative sacral chakra is closed and weak, and thus a person loses much spiritual power. The followers or herds of the Abrahamic programs are only good when their intellectual, spiritual, and rebellious powers are subdued. تنظيف الهالة بإستمرار يحميك من التقاط العديد من الأمراض إذ يقوي المناعة وإذ معظم الأمراض تنتج عن الطاقة السلبية التي تلتصق بالهالة، فحين تنظف هالتك يمكنك ان تتخلص من المرض قبل تجله. تنظيف وتعزيز الهالة يقوي الروح فتلعب دور الدرع الروحي الذي يحميك من الطاقة السلبية، من السحر الأسود والشعوذة، ومن النية السيئة تجاهك. الهالة النظيفة والوطيدة تجعل شخصيتك مرغوبة وكاريزمية، فتربح اعجاب الغير ويصبح من السهل ان تفوز بمعروف.
حين تكون الهالة نظيفة ومضيئة، يشعرُ المرءُ بالراحة والصحة والقوة والتناغم. تكون هالتك بصحةٍ جيدة حين يمكنك ان تتخايلها محاوطةً اياك بنورٍ مشع. الصحة والقوة الحقيقية تنبعث من التناغم بين النفس، العقل، والجسد؛ إمّا الضعف فهو نتيجة تنافر وفَقد التوازن بين هذه الثلاثة.
مثلما الجسد يحتاج دائماً الى التنظيف من الأوساخ، كذلك الهالة تحتاج ان تتطهر من كل الجزيئات التي تلتصق بها بسبب احتكاكنا بأشخاصٍ عدة والأفكار التي تواردنا وتؤثر على مشاعرنا، ملهمةً إيانا إما بالخوف أو بالغضب أو بالبغض، والطاقة البيئية حيث المرء يعيش.
كيفية تنظيف الهالة:
١ - الاسترخاء
أغمض عينيك. أرخي عضلات وجهك بدءاً من عيناكَ، ثم فمك، وخديك، وأخيراً الفكين jaws. يمكنك ان تفتح فمك وتغلقه عدة مرّات برفقٍ لإزالة أي توتر في هذه المنطقة. الآن أرخي عنقك؛ يمكنك ان تفركه بلطفٍ؛ فإن الحلق هو ملتقى المشاعر، كل الحزن والفرح والقهر تتجمع في عنقك وقلبك. دع كلّ المشاعر السلبية تخرج من جسدك. نعم، تخلى عن الشدة والتوتر، فإنك لست بحاجة إليهما. على الأقل تخلى عن الضعف والطاقة السلبية لبعض الدقائق خلال هذا التمرين؛ على الأرجح ان تكتشف إنك لا تحتاج اليهما...
يمكنك ايضاَ ان تنفض يداك بقوةٍ، نافياً الطاقة السلبية منهما.
راقب عقلك وأفكارك من غير نقدٍ. ما يشغلهما؟ أفرغ عقلك وأحضرهُ الى هذه اللحظة وهذا المكان حيث تتواجد، فكل ما يتعلق بالماضي، حتى اللحظة التي مرت للتوِ، لا يوجد إلا في الذاكرة ولذلك لا قوة لديه عليك فلا يجب ان يؤثر عليك أو يحتل عقلك. القوة الوحيدة التي نمتلكها هي الحاضر، هذه اللحظة ولا غير. من غير هذه اللحظة، لا توجد السعادة ولا القوة: القوة الحقيقية تبدأ بالسيطرة على النفس، على مشاعرك، على قلبك وعقلك. القوة تبدأ في الإرادة.
استمع الى دقات قلبك فاتصل مع جسدك. غالباً ما نكون منغمسين، او حتى غارقين، في مستنقع الماضي او كهوف الغد المجهولة فننفصل تماماً عن جسدنا ومحيطنا والحاضر فنخسر الشعور بأجسادنا. الرجوع الى الجسد وافراغ العقل من تكاثر الأفكار يساعدنا بأن نشعر أفضل ونتخلص من القلق والغضب.
قم بالتركيز على تنفسك، شهيق ثم زفير. أدخل الراحة او أي شيء ترغب بتحقيقه واخرج الحزن، اليأس وكل ما يزعجك وتريد التخلص منه. دع النفس يدخل الى عمق قلبك ورئتيك ودع الإسترخاء يصل الى أصابع قدميك. استمع الى الأصوات من حولك من غير احكامٍ (دعها تكون وراقبها) مما يساعدك على الرجوع الى الآن ومحيطك وعلى والإدراك بجسدك الداخلي. هذا التمرين الاستهلالي يشبه الخروج من حوض ماءٍ او من نفقٍ معتم حيث صداة الأصوات تشكل تشويه وفوضى وارتباك في الأفكار و"الوعي". الوعي هو من أهم القوات البشرية؛ من غير الوعي ليس لدينا الوجود.
يمكن القيام بهذا التمرين في أي وقت للاسترخاء ويمكنه ان يكون تمرين كامل لوحده يستغرق دقيقة او اكثر حسب ارادتك.
٢. إنارة الهالة:
استمع الى دقات قلبك مجدداً، فتزيد وعيك واحساسك بجسدك. الآن انقل هذا الوعي من قلبك الى الهالة التي تحيط بك مثلما النور يحاوط اشعاع القمر.
تخيّل/ي الهالة مثل نور الشمس، أي بيضاء وذهبية.
السحر هو قوة النفس والعقل ولا يجب ان نخشى قوانا، تذكر ان النخبة الحاكمة تمارس السحر على الشعب بعدما حرقت معظم الساحرات وكتبهن في محاكم التفتيش الكاثوليكية اليهودية وسرقت كتب السحر لتملأ بها أرشيف الفاتيكان الذي يستفيد منه اليهود والإكليروس والكهنة ؛ بعدما فبركت الإسلام والمسيحية اللتان تخوفان أتباعهما من قدراتهم الروحانية أي السحر، لقد سرقت النخبة اليهودية كل المعلومات التي تمكّن قدرات الإنسان وتجعل الفرد قوي، متحرر وبصحة سليمة، وأبقتها لنفسها، تستخدمها لإغتناء اليهود اما الأغيار او الوثنيين فيبقون من غير قوة ومن غير معرفة؛ ان كنت تجهل كل شيء عن السحر لا يمكنك ان تفهم كيف اليهود يسيطرون على شعوب الأرض او كيف تحمي نفسك من سحرهم وتحارب شعوذتهم: انهم يسرقون أسلحتك الروحانية والفكرية بإسم محمد اليهودي وبإسم يسوع اليهودي.
في التأمل والسحر لكل لونٍ معنى ودورٍ. نور الشمس الذهبي الأبيض هو من أكثر الألوان فعالية وقوة في تنظيف وحماية النفس. حاول قدر استطاعتك ان تتخيّل هذا النور من حولك، فالتخيّل هو تركيز الوعي على منطقة معيّنة في الجسم مما يغذيها. من خلال التخيّل، نقوي أجزاءاً من أنفسنا تحتاج الى الوعي مثلما الجسم يحتاج للطعام والفيتامينات. التخيّل، أي القدرة على رسم صورة في العقل، هو من أهم مراحل قانون الجذب والاهتزاز ومن الأركان الأساسية في كل التمارين المتعلقة بالروح والعقل؛ مع الخبرة، نكتشف ان معظم الأديان وطقوسها، خاصةً الإبراهيمية منها، لا تحتوي على شيء من الروحانية، ولذلك نستنتج انها قد صنعت من أجل تضعيف الروح والنفس البشرية. الروح تتكون من النور، ولذلك إنارة الروح من خلال التخيّل والتصوّر ضروري لإبقاء النفس قوية أو حتى على قيد الحياة. حين الروح تتقمص مرات عدة والمرء يمضي حياته من غير وعي الذات ومن غير تقوية روحه من خلال تمارين التنفس والتخيّل من بين أمور أخرى، حينها تنطفئ شعلة الروح وتضمحل، فتموت.
٣. تمديد الهالة (aura expansion)
حاول ان تحافظ على هذه الصورة لدقيقةٍ أو أكثر: نور ذهبي وابيض يغلفك. إذا كان الطقس مشمساً، أغمض عيناك وانظر الى الشمس. تنفس القوة والحرارة والصحة من الشمس وعند الزفير، دع هالتك تكبر وتتوسع وتزيد نوراً. أعيد هذا التنفس عدة مرات، آخذاً أنفاسا مشحونة من قوة شمسية. افعل هذه الخطوة (تمديد/توسيع الهالة) حتى بغياب الشمس. فالنظر الى الشمس (بعينتان مغمضتان مخافةً من إضرار البصر) يساعد على امتصاص الطاقة من الشمس التي هي طاقة قوية جداً ويمكن امتصاص الطاقة الشمسية كتمرين كامل لوحده يمكنه ان يصنع العجائب على صعيد النفس والجسد.
٤. إنارة جسد النور The light body))
الهالة تغلف أو تحيط بالجسد، انما جسد النور يملأ الجسم. تخيّل، يجب ان تقدر على ان ترى هذا التخيّل إما بأعين مغمضة ومفتوحة، بأن شمسٍ تنزل على رأسك، تنير عقلك وجمجمتك وعيناك ووجهك، تنير حلقك ورقبتك، تنير صدرك وقلبك ورئتيك، تنير كتفيك وذراعيك ويديك، تنير عمودك الفقري الكلي أهمية وقوة، تنير بطنك وأعضائك التناسلية ورجليك وقدميك. بالمختصر، هذه او هذا الضوء ينير جسمك كله.
الهالات وأجسام النور يمكنها ان تكون أي لون؛ ولكن نستعين بلون الشمس الذهبي والأبيض كونه ممتاز بتنقية النفس من الجزئيات السلبية وتقوية وحماية الفرد.
٥. إنارة الشكرات (chakras) الثلاث عشر
بعد توسيع الهالة في البعض من الأنفاس، مع الشمس او من غيرها، تصوّر شمساً صغيرة على كل من الشقرات/الشاكرات الأساسية في جسمك. الشقرات هي نقط تجمع الطاقة في الجسم وهي كلمة هندوسية تعني دولاب. شكل الشقرا يشبه الأهرامات. ابدأ من شقرا التاج فوق رأسك. تخيّل شمساً صغيرة في هذه النقطة. خذ نفس عميق وواعياً (يكون النفس واعياً من خلال التركيز على هذه اللحظة والمكان عوضاً من الماضي والمستقبل، التركيز على مجرى التنفس، من خلال شعور الهواء إذ يدخل الأنف والرئتين) وعند الزفير، مدد أو أوسع هذه الشمس. عند الحاجة الى تنظيف وحماية أكثر، يمكنك ان تقوم بترنيم بعض كلمات القوة، أي المانترا في السنسكريتية، مثل كلمات الشمس: راوم (RAUM)، سوريا (SURYA)، او الكلمات الرونية ((RUNIC، مثل سوفيلو (SOWILO, W=V)، وهي رون الشمس، او ألكيتس/ألغيتس/ألغيز (ALGIZ): رون للحماية. إذ احتجت الى حماية وتنظيف إضافي، رنم إحدى هذه كلمات القوة عدد من المرات (٤٠، ١٠٨، أو حتى ١٠ مرات قد تكون فعالية.)

شاكرا التاج، Sahasrara، مما تعني الزهرة ذات الألف بتلات، تحقق النعيم والوعي والقدرات الروحانية.
انتقل إنذاك الى الشقرا الأسفل: الشاكرا السادسة، Ajna، حيث توجد العين الثالثة وهي مصدر للإلهام والحدس (التخمين) الروحاني. أعيد نفس الخطوات من تخيل الشمس وشحنها وتوسيعها من خلال النفس الواعي.
ثم شقرا الحلق، Vishuddha، وهي تتعلق بالحقيقة وهي سرير المشاعر.
شاكرا القلب، Anahata، هي نقطة إلتقاء الشقرات السفلى مع الشقرات العلية وملتقى الطاقة الأنثوية بالطاقة الذكورية. النجمة السداسية ذات الأصل الهندوسي ترمز الى هذا الالتقاء. من بين وظائف هذه الشقرا، أهمها التوحيد بين الشقرات العلية (السماء/الفردوس) والشقرات السفلية (الجحيم). البعض يعتقد ان هذه النجمة تعود الى الديانة اليهودية، ولكن في الحقيقة، اليهود وأديان ابراهيمية أخرى، قد سرقوا هذا الرمز وقاموا بتشويهه. هذه العادة الرذيلة، التشويه وتكذيب الحقائق الروحانية والتاريخية، هي جريمة هائلة يقترفها اليهود على مرّ التاريخ. فبسببهم، لا نعلم إلا القليل عن التاريخ الحقيقي. فالكذبة لا يمكنها ان تستمر من غير خنق الحقيقة، كما ان العتمة لا يمكنها ان تعيش حيث النور يتواجد.
لذلك، الأديان الابراهيمية، التي قام باختراعها اليهود للسيطرة على الشعوب غير اليهودية وللقضاء على الروحانيات الحقيقية التي تسبق اليهودية بآلاف السنوات مثل الحضارة المصرية من حيث اليهود سرقوا الكثير من المعلومات، وذلك من أجل تضعيف البشر لاستعبادهم كما وُرِدَ في التلمود بشكل بارز وفي التوراة بطريقة غير مباشرة. ففي التلمود، قيل ان يهوه قد صنع غير اليهودي حيواناً بشكل بشري كي لا يحتاج اليهود ان تخدمهم الحيوانات، ولذلك، في المنطق اليهودي، غير اليهود لا يحق لهم ان يمتلكوا أي ارضاً او مالاً ولذلك يحق لليهودي ان يستولي على أراضي، ممتلكات، او مال الأغيار ((goyim في أي وقت. يمكننا مراقبة هذا المرض الإجرامي في الاحتلال الفلسطيني. اما في التوراة فمكتوب ان اليهودي يجب ان يجلس كالأفندي ويتنعم بالنعيم والطيب، حين الأغيار يخدمونه كالعبيد. التوراة هي فقط محاولة اليهود بإعطاء نفسهم شأناً ومكانة لا يستحقونها، ناهيك عن كون التوراة وكل فلسفة اليهود وإبراهيم مسروقة عن الشعوب القديمة المعروفة بالوثنية، أي غير اليهودية.
شاكرا البطن حيث قوة الإرادة. هذه الشاكرا مسؤولة عن تقوية المناعة والحسم. Manipura، أي سرة البطن، حين تكون هذه الشقرا قوية وسليمة، يمكنك ان تجذب وتصنع المال بأكثر سهولة، يمكنك ان تحمي نفسك من الطاقات السلبية ومن التقاط الأمراض.
شاكرا الحوض، مركز الشهوانية والإبداع الفني Svadhishthana)) تقع هذه النقطة أسفل البطن تحت سرة البطن وفوق المنطقة التناسلية. إن الأديان الإبراهيمية (اليهودية وفرعيها المسيحية والإسلامية) تخيف أتباعها من طاقاتهم الجنسية. هذه التعاليم الانتحارية المبغضة للطبيعة البشرية تعمل على قتل النفس البشرية، على إعدام قوة الأغيار، أي غير اليهود. هذه التعاليم الانتحارية، مثل العديد من تعاليم العصر الجديد New Age)) التي لا تختلف عن المسيحية الانتحارية، تقتل الكوندليني kundalini أي الطاقة الأنثوية التي تعقب في أسفل العمود الفقري وهي تشبه الأفعى؛ فهي تصعد الى شقرا التاج لدى الأفراد المتنورين، أي الذين يعملون على تقوية أرواحهم عن طريق التأمل، الخيمياءalchemy¬¬––، وغيره).
حين تُكبتْ القوة الجنسية التي ترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بقوة الروح (bioelectricity/life-force) لا يمكن للكوندليني بالصعود لأن شقرا الحوض الجنسي والإبداعي تكون مغلقة وضعيفة، وبالتالي يفقد الإنسان الكثير من القوة الروحانية منها القوة الخارقة او العظمى. فأتباع أو قطيع البرامج الإبراهيمية لا تصلح إلا حين تُقتَلْ قواها الفكرية، الروحانية، والتمردية. لذلك نرى الكثير من المراجع الإبراهيمية، أكثرها اليهودية، تقتل وتذبح وتدمر الأفعى التي تحولت الى رمز للشر (بالرغم من الشر الهائل الذي يملأ الكتب الإبراهيمية، سأكتب عن الشر الإنجيلي والقرآني لاحقاً) هذا كله محاولة رذيلة لقتل الكوندليني. قبل انتشار الوباء اليهودي، كانت الأفعى والتنين من الرموز المقدسة التي تمثل الكوندليني أي احدى قوى الإنسان العظمى. لا يمكن اليهود ان يستعبدوا شعوب يقظة وقوية، فيعملون على تضعيف وقتل النفس البشرية.
لولا الديانة المسيحية، لما نجح اليهود بهزم الإمبراطورية الرومانية الوثنية أي غير اليهودية. لولا برمجة العقل اليهودية المعروفة بالإسلام، لما نجح اليهود بإحتلال فلسطين، حبيبة الآلهة الحقيقية وموقع ذو قوة جيولوجية مثل خطوط لاي lay lines)) التي تتكاثر في فلسطين وكون هذا البلد يشكل مركز أساسي لإلتقاء الأديان الإبراهيمية الثلاثة (اليهودية، المسحية، والإسلام) التي كلها من اختراع اليهود وتهدف لاستعباد العرق البشري وتدمير كل الروحانية الحقيقية. فإسرائيل ترمز الى الحقيقة ان كل من تيك الأديان الثلاثة هي تحت سيادة اليهود، موقع استراتيجي بالفعل.
شقرا الجَذْرِ (root chakra, Muladhara). هذه الشقرا تتعلق بالأمور الحياتية: الجانب العملي والجسدي للحياة. فهي تساعد على تحقيق ثقة في النفس ووعي الذات واحترام الذات. فهي أيضا تساعد على بناء شخصية قوية وهوية سليمة.
الآن تخيّل شمساً صغيرة على كل من كتفيك، يديك، وأسفل رجليك.
هكذا تكون قد قمت بتنوير كل الشقرات الثلاث عشر الأساسية وتنقية هالتك. هذا التمرين يأخذ القليل من الوقت، حوالي ٣-٥ دقائق، بالرغم من طول ووفرة المعلومات في هذا النص. من المستحب ان تقوم بهذا التمرين في الصباح عند الاستقاظ وخاصةً قبل الخلود الى النوم. لا يجب بتاتاً ان تنام وهالتك وسخة وقواك منخفضة، فخلال النوم يمكننا إعادة برمجة اللاوعي، لذلك الأفكار التي نفكر بها والحالة النفسية والعقلية التي نغفوا معها تؤثر جداً على اللاوعي المسؤول عن كيفية حيواتنا تتجلى أمامنا والسبل التي تذهب بها. هذا ما يسمى بالإيحاء الذاتي (auto-suggestion) أي برمجة العقل الباطني من خلال ترديد توكيد _affirmation_ لرغبة معيّنة في دقائق النعاس قبل وبعد النوم حيث يكون العقل في حالة موجة الثيتا _theta wave_ التي تمكننا من إعادة برمجة العقل الباطني. ان معظم الصلوات الإبراهيمية هي بمثابة الإيحاء الذاتي حيث يقوم المصلي بترديد صلاة معينة والوظيفة الوحيدة منها هو تلقين اللاوعي وتثبيت الإيمان الديني في العقل الباطني. هنا يبرمج المصلي عقله لمصلحة الديانة ولا لإستفادته الشخصية ويصبح من الصعب جداً الإفرار من القفص الديني.
لكي يكون للصلاة أي فعالية ونتائج غير برمجة العقل الباطني، يجب ان تكون مكوّنة من مانترا أي كلمة ذات قوة ويجب ترنيمها او ذبذبتها عدد من المرات وهنا الرقم يشكل فرق إذ معاني الأعداد السحرية يحتوي على قوة تساعد على إنجاح العمل الروحي او السحري.

أود ان أشير الى أصل كلمة "شيطان" التي تعني "عدو" في اللغة العبرانية (المسروقة عن الفينيقية والسنسكريتية) ولكن ذات أصل سنسكريتي، اللغة الهندوسية التي هي من أقدم لغات العالم وأكثرها قداسة: سا تا نا ما أو سات نام (SaTaNaMa, Sat Nam) اللتان تعنيان "أنا الحقيقة." أهل بالصدفة اختار "الشعب المختار" هذه الكلمة لتسمية عدوهم الأساسي؟ كلا، انهم يدرون ماذا يفعلون: يسرقون الحضارات الوثنية المبنية على تمكين النفس البشرية وتعليم الإنسان كيف يصبح إله، فيشوهون هذه المعلومات ويفبركون حضارة معاكسة تعطيهم أهمية وامتياز ليستعبدوا شعوب الأرض ويجلسون على عروش الملوك فيسخرون من الأغيار (غير اليهود) اذ يعملون بالسخرة في معسكرات الشيوعية اليهودية من غير التلذذ بأي من الملذات الحياتية! فقط الشعب الذي اختار نفسه ليكون مختار الشر والكذب والرياء والنفاق والحروب اللامتناهية يحق له التلذذ والتنعم بالملذات والنعيم.
عدو شعب "الأكاذيب" المختار هي الحقيقة! الشيطان، أنكي، لوسيفر: حامل الضوء والمعرفة. ونعم، نحتاج قوة الشيطان المحب للبشر كي نهزم أعمدة اليهود الإستعبادية. نعم، نحتاج يد العون من آلهة "الأغيار" ما يسمى بالآلهة الوثنية (التي أساساً تعني غير اليهود) لنهزم قلعة الظلم اليهودية. أهل تظن ان كل الآلهة هي وثنية شريرة وفقط آلهة اليهود التي فُرِضَتْ بالقسر والإكراه والحروب والإرهاب على الأغيار هي الصالحة؟ أفقط يهوه وحده الصالح، بالرغم من انه يريد ان يُذْبَحَ الأطفال الأبرياء لتكريمه ويُقْتَلَ الملايين لا بل المليارات من الأغيار تحت سيف اليهود وتقتل النساء الحوامل الجانتيليات وتُذبحْ بطونهن وتصبح الفتيات العذريات غير-اليهوديات عبدة الجنس للرجال اليهودية؟ كل هذا مكتوب في الأناجيل ولكن الشعوب تحت سيطرة السحر اليهودي: لا يمكنها ان ترى ما هو واضح للعيان.
اقرأ التوراة بتمعن وسترى من هو الإله الشرير بعينك. العديد من الآيات تتكلم عن كيف يهوه يجبر الأعداء او "الخاطئون" على أكل لحم أطفالهم، او كيف لتكريمه، يجب على الأهالي ان يطبخوا أولادهم، خاصةً الأبكار منهم، ويأكلونهم لتسبيح هذا الوحش المريض. نعم، يكثر أكل لحوم البشر في الكتاب اليهودي وتكثر سفاح القربى فيه، أي مضاجعة الأقارب: أخ يضاجع أخته او فتاتان يمارسون الجنس مع والدهم كما ذُكر في قصة سدوم وعمورة حيث الفتاتان يعطيان الخمر لأبيهما لوط فيمارسون الجنس معه في الكهف لصنع الأطفال من والدهم بعدما يهوه المريض قام بقتل الجميع. من المؤسف ان كم هائل من العبيد يرددون هذه الأسطورة الدميمة ويبنون أحكامهم المسبقة وأخلاقهم عليها.

An aura is an electromagnetic field of energy that surrounds humans and everything living and inanimate. Everyone has a unique aura, like one’s fingerprints.
Cleaning the aura regularly protects you from catching many diseases as it strengthens immunity, and as most diseases result from the negative energy that sticks to the aura; when you clean your aura, you can get rid of the disease before it appears. Cleaning and strengthening the aura empowers the soul, so it plays the role of a spiritual shield that protects you from negative energy, from black magic and sorcery, and from ill will. When the aura is clean and luminous, a person feels comfortable, healthy, strong and harmonious. Your aura is healthy when you can visualize it, surrounding you in a radiant light. How to clean the Aura:
1- Relaxation
close your eyes. Relax your facial muscles starting with your eyes, then your mouth, your cheeks, and finally your jaws. You can gently open and close your mouth several times to remove any tension in this area. Now relax your neck; you can rub it gently. The throat is the meeting place of feelings, all sorrow, joy and tension are gathered in your neck and heart. Let all the negative emotions out of your body. Yes, let go of the stress and tension, you don't need them. At least let go of this negative energy for a few minutes during this exercise. You will likely discover that you do not need them at all thereafter...
You can also forcefully shake your hands, expelling the negative energy and tension from them.
Observe your mind and your thoughts without criticism. What preoccupies them? Empty your mind and bring it to this moment and this place where you are, for everything related to the past, even the moment which has just passed, exists only in memory; it has no power over you and so should not affect you or occupy your mind. The only power we possess is the present, this moment and nothing else. Without this moment, there is neither happiness nor power: true power begins with controlling yourself, your feelings, your heart and your mind. Power begins with volition.
Listen to your heartbeat and communicate with your body. Often, we are immersed, or even drowning, in the swamp of the past or the unknown caves of tomorrow, so we are completely separated from our body, our surroundings, and the present, and we become numb to our bodies. Returning to the body and emptying the mind from crowded thoughts helps us feel better and get rid of anxiety and anger.
Focus on your breathing, inhale, and exhale. Breathe in comfort or whatever you wish to achieve and breathe out the sadness, despair and everything that annoys you and wants to get rid of it. Let the breath go deep into your heart and lungs, let the relaxation reach your toes. Listen to the sounds around you without judgment (let them be and observe them), which helps you return to the here and now and increase the awareness of your inner body.
This warmup exercise resembles getting out of a basin of water or a dark tunnel where echoing sounds create distortion, chaos, and confusion in "consciousness." Consciousness or awareness is one of the most important human forces. Unconsciously, we have no existence.
This exercise can be done at any time to relax and it can be a complete exercise alone that takes a minute or more according to your need.
2. Aura Illumination:
Listen to your heartbeat again, to increase your awareness and sense of your inner body. Now transfer this awareness from your heart to the aura that surrounds you, just as the aureole surrounds the moon.
Imagine your aura as the light of the sun, that is, white and gold.
Witchcraft is the strength of the soul and mind; we should not fear our powers. Remember that the ruling elite practice magic on the populace after having burnt most of the witches at the stake along with their books in the Jewish-Catholic Inquisition and kept them in their Vatican archive. In meditation and magick, each colour has a meaning and a role. Golden white sunlight is one of the most effective and powerful colours in cleansing and protecting oneself. Try as much as you can to visualize this light around you. Imagination is focusing awareness on a specific area of the body which nourishes it. Through visualization, we strengthen parts of ourselves that need awareness just as the body needs food and vitamins. Imagination, that is, the ability to draw an image in the mind, is one of the most important stages of the Law of Attraction and Vibration and one of the basic pillars of all exercises related to the spirit and mind.
With experience, we discover that most religions and their rituals, especially the Abrahamic ones, do not contain any spirituality, and therefore we conclude that they were made for the sake of weakening the human mind and soul as preparation for slavery. The soul is composed of light, so illumination of the soul through visualization is necessary to keep the soul strong or even alive. When the soul reincarnates several times, and a person spends his life without self-awareness and without strengthening his soul through breathing exercises and imagination among other things, then the flame of the soul diminishes and becomes extinguished, so it dies.
3. Aura expansion
Try to preserve this image for a minute or so: golden and white light enveloping you. If the weather is sunny, close your eyes and look at the sun. Breathe in the strength, heat and health from the sun and upon exhalation, let your aura enlarge, expand, and brighten. Repeat this breath several times, taking in air impregnated with solar power. Do this step (aura expansion) even in the absence of the sun. Looking at the sun (with two eyes closed for fear of damaging the eyesight) helps to absorb the energy from the sun, which is very strong energy. Solar energy can be absorbed as a complete exercise on its own that can work wonders on the level of the soul and the body.
4. Illuminating the body of light
The aura envelops or surrounds the body, but the body of light fills the body. Imagine, you must be able to see this image either with eyes closed or open, that the sun falls upon your head, illuminates your mind, skull, eyes and face, illuminates your throat and neck, enlightens your chest, heart and lungs, enlightens your shoulders, arms and hands, illuminates your entire spine which is of much importance and strength, enlightens your belly and your genitals, legs and feet. In short, this light illuminates your entire body.
The Aura and the Body of Light can be of any colour; But we make use of the golden and white as it is excellent in purifying the soul from negative particles and strengthening and protecting the individual.
5. Illumination of the thirteen chakras
After expanding the aura visualize a small sun on each of the main chakras in your body. Chakras are focal points of energy in the body; it is a Hindu word meaning wheel. The shape of the chakra is similar to the pyramids. Begin with the crown chakra above your head. Imagine a little sun at this point. Take a deep and conscious breath (the breath becomes conscious by focusing on this moment and place instead of the past and the future, by focusing on the airway, by feeling the air as it enters the nose and lungs) and upon exhalation, expand this sun. If you need extra cleaning and protection, you can chant some words of strength, that is, the mantra in Sanskrit, such as the words of the sun: Raum, Surya, or runic words such as SOWILO, (W = V) the Rune of the Sun, or ALGIZ: Rune of protection. If you need additional protection and cleaning, vibrate one of these words of strength a number of times (40, 108, or even 10 times may be effective.)

The crown chakra, Sahasrara, meaning the thousand-petalled flower, brings bliss, awareness, and spiritual power.
Then move to the lower chakra: the sixth chakra, Ajna, where the third eye is located and which is a source of cosmic insight and spiritual intuition, the seat of intuition. Repeat the same steps of imagining the sun and charging and expanding it through conscious breathing.
Then the throat chakra, Vishuddha, which is related to truth and is the seat of feelings.
The heart chakra, Anahata, is the meeting point of the lower chakras with the upper chakras and the meeting point of feminine energy with masculine energy. The six-pointed star of Hindu origin symbolizes this intersection. Among the functions of this chakra, the most important one is the unification between the upper chakras (heaven / paradise) and the lower chakras (hell). Some believe that this star belongs to the Jewish religion, but in fact, the Jews and other Abrahamic religions, have stolen this symbol and defaced and corrupted it. This immoral habit, distortion and falsification of spiritual and historical facts, is a colossal crime committed by Jews throughout history. Because of them, we know very little about true history. As for the Torah, it is written that the Jew should sit like an Effendi and enjoy the delights and delicacies of life, while the gentiles serve him like slaves. The Solar Plexus is the seat of willpower. This chakra is responsible for strengthening the immunity and the willpower and resolve. Manipura, meaning the navel, when this chakra is strong and healthy, you can attract and make money more easily, you can protect yourself from negative energies and from catching diseases.
The Sacral Chakra, Center of Sensuality and Artistic Creativity (Svadhishthana): This point is located in the lower abdomen, below the navel and above the genital area. The Abrahamic religions (Judaism and its Christian and Islamic branches) frighten their followers from their sexual energies. These suicidal and misanthropic teachings that detest human nature intend to kill the human soul, to diminish the power of gentiles. These suicidal teachings, like many New Age teachings that are no different from the suicidal Christianity, kill the kundalini, that is, the feminine energy that is coiled down the spine and is symbolized by the snake. It ascends to the crown chakra of the enlightened individuals, those who work to strengthen their souls through meditation, alchemy among others).
When the sexual force which is closely related to the bioelectricity/life-force is suppressed, the kundalini cannot ascend because the sexual and creative sacral chakra is closed and weak, and thus a person loses much spiritual power. The followers or herds of the Abrahamic programs are only good when their intellectual, spiritual, and rebellious powers are subdued. Therefore, we see a lot of Abrahamic references, most of them Jewish, killing, slaughtering and destroying the snake that has turned into a symbol of evil (despite the tremendous evil that fills the Abrahamic books, I will write about the evangelical and Quranic evil later). This is all a vicious attempt to kill the Kundlini. Before the spread of the Jewish epidemic, the snake and the dragon were among the sacred symbols that represented the kundalini, one of the great powers of humans. The Jews cannot enslave people who are awakened and strong, and so they work to weaken and kill the human soul.
If it were not for the Christian religion, the Jews would not have succeeded in defeating the pagan Roman Empire, i.e. the non-Judaism (which was the main purpose why the Jews created Christianity out of the doctrines of the Essenes). Had it not been for the Jewish program of mind-control known as Islam, the Jews would not have succeeded in occupying Palestine, the dear of the true gods and a site of geological power such as lay lines which abund in Palestine and the fact that this country is a central meeting point for the three Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) of which all are Invented by the Jews and purport to enslave the human race and destroy all true spirituality. The Israeli colony symbolizes the fact that each of these three religions is under the sovereignty of the Jews, a strategic location indeed.
The root chakra, Muladhara, is about the practical side of the soul. It helps to achieve self-confidence, self-awareness and self-esteem. It also helps to build a strong personality and a healthy identity.

Thus, you have enlightened all thirteen major chakras and purified your aura. This exercise takes very little time, about 3-5 minutes, despite the length and abundance of information in this text. It is recommended that you do this exercise in the morning when you wake up and especially before you go to sleep. You should never fall sleep while your aura is dirty and your strength is low, during sleep we can reprogram the subconscious, so the thoughts that we think about and the psychological and mental state that we fall asleep with greatly affect the subconscious which is responsible for how our lives manifest and the ways in which they flow.
