Yes, it starts at the beginning of 2024 when Pluto crosses over.
It looks like there's a half grand sextile between all planets in the anaretic degree of Aquarius, Aries and Gemini in the late of 2025. The Aquarius planet is Pluto, Aries is Neptune and Gemini for Uranus. Neither of them are Cardinal rulership planets so there is no acting planet there (they are all Fixed+Mutable), but perhaps there is on a specific date/s?
I think Neptune in Aries is the most interesting mark to look at here in relation to the other two. Force applied in the higher mind of peoples, Uranus in Gemini following from that then would indicate the change of common thinking and communication topics. That's my little subjective take for now.
