Firstly, this is an experimental meditation/working i figured in my free time. If one the person who begins the working isn't capable of moving the elements inside his/her body, then things can go wrong. If you ever want to do this, move with caution.
I was doing "Circulating the Elements" meditation for some time. I was reading the name of the each step and i noticed they are strictly the names for brewing a potion. Well it makes sense since it's alchemy, as said like in the page, but for my experience it always felt more like a 'smithing process of metal'. Then I asked myself "Can I change the shape the shape of this metal?". So i carefully studied the meditation for few days to come up with a way to do it. My findings was this, a high experimental meditation with a risky process.
Basic theory behind it is "changing the shape of the elixir and using it for different purposes". For example i tried to use it for strengthen my eyes or tried to give my body a shape i wanted. I will document my experiences with these later in the post but firstly the meditation. I will give the one i used for my eyes as an example.
(Step one to six is basically the same but i will put them here just in case.)
Step One - Calcination:
- Breath in the fire element, condense it to your base chakra and circulate it.
Step Two - Distillation:
-Breath in the water element, condense it to your sacral chakra and circulate it.
Step Three - Solution:
- Invoke ether, condense it to your third eye or sixth chakra and circulate it.
Step Four - Conjunction:
-Invoke earth and heat it by invoking fire.
-Condense it to your base chakra and circulate it.
Step Five - Purification:
-Invoke air, condense it to your throat chakra and circulate it.
Step Six - Congelation:
-Invoke earth, condense it to your base chakra and circulate it.
Step Seven - Casting :
-Do the first and second steps again.
-Gather and condense the liquid to your sacral cakra and start a steady circulation.
- Slowly pour the liquid to your eyes from the inside. Where the blind spot of the eye is.
Step Eight - Heating:
-Invoke fire, condense it to your base chakra and start the circulate. Use it to heat the liquid inside the eye but don't directly heat the eye. You do this by using the blind spot again but with greater caution.
- Immediately after; invoke earth, condense it to your base and start the circulation. Pour it to your eyes slowly, cool and condense the liquid using it.
Step Nine - Hammering:
- Invoke gold energy, condense it to your solar plexus and start the circulation.
- Pour it to your eyes and mis it with the liquid. Slowly make the liquid be one with your eyes.
Step Ten - Last Heating:
- Invoke fire but make sure it isn't too hot or too cold. It should be enough to heat the liquid enough active for interaction.
- Condense it to your base and circulate. Pour it to your eye very slowly and heat the liquid.
Step Eleven - Sharpening/Getting rid of impurities:
- Invoke ether and condense it to your third eye or sixth chakra. Start circulation and slowly pour it to your eyes.
- Get the liquid be in perfect unity with your eyes using ether. Get rid of any impurities you can.
This is basically the working. There's few warnings i must say:
1-DON'T EVER RUSH IT.
If your pour the elements too fast, it hurts like crazy and has some lasting effects. In my first working i poured it faster than i should and it still hurts sometimes when i use energy on it. It's easy to fix but it takes time. Basic healing magic takes care of it.
2- Don't doubt yourself while in the working.
This working requires great focus. If your mind wanders and you fail a step then it can have some minor effects.
Now, the basic warnings out of the way. Here's my experiments with this working and their results:
1- Working on eyes
Time i did it: 40 days
Casting target: Eyes
Results: It solved my bad eye sight to great degree for 6~ months. I didn't use my glasses for that duration so it got back to it's old state.
2- Working on body
Time i did it: 40 days
Casting target: Body(but in an ideal shape)
Reason: I couldn't do my regular workout because of the some particular reptiles decided to ban outside. I couldn't run so i tried this to get my body at least a bit in shape with less training. For testing, i didn't changed my eating habits and i only did light workout with yoga.
Results: My body got in shape but in a way i didn't expect the slightest. Even if i didn't working for my sideabs they somehow got fitter but i didn't get any muscle in that parts. It was 'casting' my body to the shape i wanted. Interesting results to say the least. I don't think by itself it won't create any big change but it still a nice effect.
3- Working on a certain wound i had.
Because of an incident, i had a not too deep knife wound. I felt like it would last a long time. So i took the chance to try this on it.
Time i did it: 90 days
Casting target: Wound(Visualized like there's no wound)
Results: Injury healed in a longer time it normally would but wound is almost nonexistent right now. I can hardly find some little spots when i inspect it really hard. It's not a perfect heal but scar is almost gone, so i would accept this one as a good result.

Now, i must say there's probably a lot of problems i can't see with this working. It's risky, hard and don't have a lot of payback for its risks. I normally didn't want to share this(because it's in a bad state) but i got a feeling from my guardian about this post. That i need to write this for some reason. I don't know who will find this useful, learn from it or change it again for a better version, but i hope it helps someone somehow.
I highly advise people to not try this without %100 confidence in their abilities. If others finds other uses i am all ears for people ideas.
If anyone tries this and finds a problem i didn't found, please share it in here so others don't do the same.
