Greetings to all SS family.

If i clear the throat during the square mantra, like for example AAAUUUMMM - clear the throat or sneeze or cough - then continue, does this ruin the work.

And another question if i said the vibration barely at the end because of end of the breath for example (kkkkkkkrrrrrrriiiiiiim) it's like vibrate the k r and i for 4 second and vibrate the m just a little bit does this ruin the work.

Sorry if this is answered before.

Thanks for replying.

No, I think these are all relatively minor and likely inconsequential.

The point is to make sure you are not introducing different energies into the working. Sneezing does not add energy that changes your working. Similarly, putting too little focus on a part of the mantra is not great, but not totally destructive either, especially if you are holding focus on the entire mantra.

What is bad is when people accidentally vibrate the wrong thing, which generates the wrong energy for the square. This is not just saying the wrong sound for a millisecond, but actually vibrating a wrong syllable or even word. If this happens, it is best to stop, mentally void out the energy or direct it to something other than the square's goal, then restart ideally at least 30 or 60 minutes later.

In the case of a sneeze or other interruption, just pick up where you have left off. I wouldn't try to "redo" the mantra, but rather pick up on the syllable you were last working on. Again, I believe the focus should be on the energy being created. You don't want to add too much or too little in regards to reps, or anything of the wrong type.

Thanks dear blitzkrieg, that is clear, you are the best.
