1. Do i visualize runes with the color of the goal i m working on? For example if i m using a rune for protection do i visualize the rune in white gold or just red would do as it is in site?

Exactly. I didnt know even water is not allowed in ramadan that is a way to a lot of illness plus extremely difficult for food to get absorbed by body. Just take good care of yourself brother and BEING SAFE must be utmost priority. If you dont live alone you can hide water bottles in spot where no one checks and gulp when u are left alone. Refill them and redo it. I was thinking doing like Fehu (1 vibration) then Gebo ( 1 vibration) = 111 times
Or doing all rounds of fehu first then doing gebo is most powerful?

If you can handle the energy and visualisation then Fehu 111 reps then Gebo 111 reps.
Keep in mind if you want to fully use the full potentional of a rune vibration one vibration would be inhale until your lungs are full and exhale/vibrate until you out of breath (one rune vibration/rep), but this takes a long time if you want to do 111 reps for both runes.

I don´t use the above because I have many runes workings with high reps, I do every day.
