A few question's about population growth

I'm not sure if the information is available to us yet, but, thought I'd ask anyway...

From 1950 - 2000 the Indian population went from 350M~ to 1B~

How on Earth did this happen, especially when it was plundered of all its resources by The British? People were poorer, and cared less about potential financial issues and worsened living conditions of having children compared to before, when it was easier...? Is this because these new soul's being bred were lower IQ than the previous stock?

Are these all new souls? If so, will many of these souls go extinct due to lack of spiritual development, and in regards to the rest of the world, being a result of race mixing? Assuming the future population's will be of purer breed, presumably many of these newer souls/mixed people will not have a compatible body to reincarnate into?

Is it evil to want to get rid of these people via eugenics? Because they're technically still "gentiles"?

Did Hitler really sterilize people...?

What is SS thoughts on forced eugenics/sterilisation? Particularly in the case of overpopulated countries such as India and China.
