wha are the problems faced by a men or a women who has very weak sacral chakra

Lack of sex drive, eating junk food, smoking, drinking alcohol, and basically most addictions that have to do with satisfying physical/material desires.

A symptom that doesn't get talked about much is how a weak sacral chakra makes you really weak and submissive. It's ruled by Mars, so that goes without saying. In social situations, you will be unexpressive because you will lack creative energy and are submissive, fearful of showing personality differences to others. Since with this chakras weak, you won't be able to defend yourself against others, and you will lack boundaries. You will feel anxious and afraid in social situations.

Having a weak sacral chakra keeps the soul from rising above just basic survival instincts, which are of the base chakra. So, you won't be able to live a life beyond just surviving. You will also have a very difficult time enjoying life and feeling pleasure.

And of course, all this will be coupled with a nonexistent sex drive.

If you have a weak sacral chakra, then most likely you will have problems with your personal life.

Purify and strengthen the sacred chakra, pay more attention to it during meditations.
