On your PDF, the routine of opening charka start from 3rd eye, after crown, after throat etc..
But in JOS, in Opening Soul page (https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfir ... akras.html), between 3rd eye and crown have one add meditation, opening the 6th charka.
So I want to ask if this two difference "routine" are ok? Which of this two I could to advise for who is new (or for who failed and re-start)?

I noticed the 6th chakra is missing so I added 7 days between days 16 and 17 to do a meditation program similar to 16 but with the 6th chakra instead of 3rd eye. I hope this is still ok.

Btw any advice for meditating in case intimacy is 0? I am interested for things like sound vibration or yoga as the rest can be done in the bathroom.

Can't you tell the other people's in your house that you do yoga? There is really nothing else that you can do unless you have enough money to make your room soundproof.

I second! Yoga is not just about asana but also but mantra, dhyana (meditation) and other stuff. It could be believable to just tell them that.

The Hatha Yoga Routine PDF link is still broken in the 40-day meditation program. I went to JoS library to download it but I am not sure if I downloaded the right PDF as it also says about Kundalini.
The file that I downloaded is "Kundalini & Hatha Yoga Routine.zip" Link below:-

There are three pdf files:
1. "Hatha Yoga Sample Session"
2. "INSTRUCTIONS for Hatha and Kundalini Yoga"
3. " Kundalini Yoga Basic Spinal Energy Series"

Is this the same in the 40-day meditation program? should I proceed? or should I wait if the Hatha PDF file from the program is different?

Was gonna open a topic on this but them I found your post HP HoodedCobra and I'm thinking good hell yeah found one that's working just in time. But I clicked your link and I get an "error 404" page
Can someone please give me a link to a 40 day program PDF that has working links? I have the old one with broken links that I'm gonna start with but it would make it go smoother if I didn't have to leave the PDF to search the meditation page there whole time.

I second! Yoga is not just about asana but also but mantra, dhyana (meditation) and other stuff. It could be believable to just tell them that.

While holding poses and breathing you can add the void meditation of repeating a mantra in your mind like "say-tahn" or "sah tah nah mah".
This increases the amount of time you can hold a pose and also develops crazy mental resilience. Also good for advancing .
