This has actually been one reason I no longer make conversations with people online about political, or other controversial topics. People become extremely passionate, and they spout the worst kind of energy on you (or anyone who disagrees with them). Fuck, it irks me.

The Gods and Goddesses protects from any serious harm. If it gets too out of hand, I can ask Satan for help. The help usually comes in the form of learning how to handle the situations myself.
Their comments isn't really a problem. Nor the curses that comes with them. They are annoying though. An exception was the beginning when I first started out, I still did it, but I should have asked the Gods for more help.
If you're struggling with debates and commentators you should check out the "Redpillers FAQ" articles written by HP Cobra. They are good in answering people on the fringe. Usually all the rhetoric and debate points can be found there and you can just copy-paste a few paragraphs and post the links (be careful on YouTube though, edit the links so it doesn't get caught in the spam filters / algorithms).

In my opinion. Just ignore the idiots and Jews if they bother you too much. Them swarming to your comments just helps in gaining the comments more attention. Their comments doesn't really have any substance and are just to confuse and manipulate. They are illogical and just pure harrasment. If you don't find any potential for providing more information from the JOS and posting links, then you shouldn't waste your time and energy on it.
Vent from time to time though, just make sure you don't go overboard and start spouting some illegal stuff or just make a total fool of yourself.
