California's de-criminaliziation of petty theft has become a disaster. This shop owner is shoplifted several times a day.

The clip is around 3 min.

American Dystopia, Part 2: San Francisco small business owner struggles with theft

California's Prop 47 leads to rise in shoplifting, thefts, criminal activity across state
https://www.foxnews.com/us/california-prop-47-shoplifting-theft-crime-statewide

I kinda understand the idea behind this. Underline kinda. But are these people fucked up in the head?

They decriminalize theft and expect that everything is going to be alright?

The slippery slope never ends. What is next, decriminalizing murder cause whatever?

It is also the poor that will get massacred from this, not the rich. Because big companies can defend themselves with protection systems. Small companies will become ransacked by looters now.

This should be called the daily dose of illogical communism.

I was watching all those videos from Tucker Carlson a few days ago, his series of clips American Dystopia about San Francisco. You can't step anywhere without stepping on drug needles and people's shit. Everywhere you look there are homeless drug zombies doing crack and heroin right in public, even in front of the police station.

The new District Attorney has always had the direct goal of not enforcing any crimes, this was his whole campaign that he ran by, and he does everything in his power every day to make sure that all crimes are not enforced. A police officer's car window was broken and had her stuff stolen from her car, and she didn't even report it because she knows how it works that it would never be enforced. Even if they find the guy that did it, all they do is write down his name on a paper and immediately let him go.

It's so bad with the police not being allowed to do their job, that people are hiring their own private "police" to help protect them and clean up the area, because the real police is never gonna do it.

San Francisco is Nancy Pelosi's district. All while she's messing around with this impeachment nonsense, her actual job is to take care of San Francisco. And look how they let it become! Every day, they have hundreds of thousands of drug needles and human shit dropped all over the ground (because the city gives out hundreds of thousands of free drug needles) and then it rains and washes it all right into the ocean, then it washes right onto all the beaches so all the beaches are covered in a million drug needles. Trump just recently started making that city pay huge fines to the government for how horribly they are messing up that whole environment.

Then you got Bill De Blasio in NYC trying to copy them with all these same kinds of policies. In NYC, they just got rid of bail money. So if you get caught doing a crime, they just immediately let you go. Even if someone kills someone, like manslaughter or even some kinds of purposeful murder, they just take them to the station to identify them and write down their name, then immediately turn the criminal loose back to the street.

Like Trump says, "Democrats are the party of open borders, high crime, no security, no safety, high taxes, and high corruption. Republicans are the party of secure borders, law enforcement, safety, freedom, and prosperity." You can see this in their actions.

Ms. Pelosi appears to be so invested in high living and generally creating political hoaxes, and running the Democratic party to the ground, so they have no time to manage this crisis.

This is what we can call "IDGAF" politics. You just instate laws to look fancy and stuff, and pretend everything is going ok, and people like in a dystopia and chaos, and all you do is you act self righteous and try to back-stab the President in the back.

Ms Pelosi has to get serious. The republican line that blames them over their districts is not a joke, it appears to be verifiably real.

Removing the law is just creating a "The Joker" scenario. This is like The Joker or some shit.

Giuliani, the one who is now investigating Ukrainian corruption and working with Trump, he is the lawyer who took down the entire Mafia crime families in NYC. And he was a genious mayor of NYC who completely transformed the city. In the 1970s and 1980s, drugs and murder were both so common all over the country, and especially in the big cities like NYC. Giuliani had a way to solve all of this, called the "Broken windows policy" it was created by Harvard university lawyers who were studying methods of stopping crimes. This policy says that when there are all these different crimes going on at every level, you have to start arresting all the low level offenders. Like painting graffiti on walls, breaking windows, not paying for the public transportation, small drug dealers. They started arresting all these smaller criminals and taking their names and fingerprints, and they found that many of these people had a gun with them, or were involved in other crimes at the same time. A lot of their fingerprints matched with very big unsolved crimes. In the first few months of this policy, they solved thousands of high level crimes, by doing things like matching fingerprints and finding weapons. The same murderer or rapist that got away with it before, is also doing the low level "unimportant" crimes. So when they catch him for that, they catch him for his past crimes also.

In the interview I saw, Giuliani was explaining all this and telling the story. That when kids would get away with low level crimes, it would teach them that it is okay to do and they won't get in trouble, so they keep doing bigger and bigger crimes as they get older. He talked about how with the drug dealers, the police knew who all the drug dealers are but they weren't stopping them. Some times they would arrest one, but then they just pay the bail money and they are back out selling more drugs just a few hours later. So kids would see that this drug dealer is making all this money, and they want that money too. And they see the drug dealer never gets in any trouble. Maybe he gets arrested once or twice a month, but every time he's back out a couple hours later and it's like nothing ever happened. So the kids see that drug dealing is a good way to live, they get all this money, and there are no consequences. So you have to be very strict with all the low level crimes and don't let anyone get away with anything, and that sends the message to all the kids that it is not okay to do crimes, so they won't do them when they grow up. In a few years of Giuliani's policy, the entire city was transformed and crime went down to the lowest levels it ever was.

And now De Blasio is the mayor, and he is doing the opposite of all those policies. De Blasio is making it so that there is no punishment for all the low level crimes, and that they don't even have to pay any fine, they never get arrested, and if they do get arrested, they let them go home immediately. He is making it so it is allowed to do all these crimes, and there is no punishment or deterrent. And already, crime is going up very fast there.

Can't Americans just shoot the people stealing from them?

This is the Jewish agenda of destabilizing society to then create the public backlash to then justify the martial law police state that big Jew wants to create. Jew, Soros itself stated in an interview in 2015 that is the goal for America.

It's just another avenue to try and ban firearms so you cannot defend yourself and what's yours. You shoot someone robbing your shop, you get put in jail and lose your shop, life, livelihood, etc. Tell me I'm wrong.

And so if you shoot someone over what is not a crime verified by law, petty theft not being a crime but a misdemeanour or what it is defined as, then you probably can't shoot, as it would be disproportionate violence on you.

"Why you shoot him? He dindu nuffin, only stole a few phones! It ain't like this cost as much as his life! Now you go to jail for 20 years for shooting the poor boi on the leg and he walks around free to loot more phones" type of laws.

Poor people are so fucked by these laws, every random thug will now loot them and then they will be like "It ain't like it was a lot of money only a few dolla ok? let me go boi I dindu nuffin!".

Robbing places out of business is very frequent when laws like this get passed. You build something for 20 years and then come the "oppressed" gang and they steal everything, consume it, and move to the next guy. You go to the cops and they shrug that it was too many people and that they took only so little. Then they bring their family too to loot you cause it ain' no crime! Everyone did a lil amount of petty theft! das all!

How wonderful! Pinnacles of civilized life have been reached right here.

I guess now in California people can go into a restaurant, order meals, eat them, go away, and then claim it to be "petty theft" and get away with it?

Does that mean we are Ev0lvIng towards Thuggae Level Communism?

It also seems like an ability/passive-force, as opposed to direct and active/aggressive force, to monopolise industry, so that (((they))) can control - con-trol, con-troll - it/you more.

Everyone thinks that they are privileged and entitled because of the man. Both 'the man' and the little man do think they are privileged and entitled. Of course, this 'the man' needs dethroning, but people choose to do things in ways which are not beneficial to anyone.

If Whitey has to get on his High Horse and effect a new KKK, or WWW - Whiteys Working Wholesomely... or something - to "clean up the streets/'hood" then that is a Race war. According to secular christian band P.O.D. - the world is a ghetto. "Ghetto" = "the jew quarter in a city". Funny! "I don't have to work! I can just go rob Whitey!", but what if Whitey robs/attacks Whitey? Here's a paraphrase from GTA: San Andreas by an authority figure/official, regarding gang wars -

Hey, if they wanna kill each other, let 'em. It's great. It means your taxes go down!

Speaking of NY did you hear where they're making it so that criminals can avoid jail until trial, inspect their own crime scenes and obtain names of witnesses?

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/12/26/new-york-to-allow-accused-criminals-to-inspect-own-crime-scenes-quickly-obtain-witness-names/

The state of New York will soon allow accused criminals to inspect their own crime scenes and will quickly provide them with a complete list of named witnesses testifying against them as part of a series of new jailbreak laws.

As Breitbart News reported, New York’s bail reforms, set to go into effect January 2020, will ensure that suspects accused of crimes deemed “non-violent” are not jailed before their trial dates and do not have to post bail. Instead, these suspects are released directly back into the public and expected to show up for their court dates. Roughly 125,000 accused criminals are expected to be released from prison every year in the state.

Those so-called non-violent crimes include second-degree manslaughter, aggravated vehicular assault, promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, criminally negligent homicide, and aggravated vehicular homicide.

As part of the measure, defendants will have new privileges in their criminal trials — including being allowed to inspect their own crime scenes. For example, if an individual is charged with home burglary, the suspect will be allowed to return to the victim’s home and inspect their property as part of their defense.

“It really boggles the mind that this is a reality for us now,” Lt. Steven Stockdale of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office told CBS 6 Albany in October of the provision. “Talk about re-victimization.”

Another portion of the law will more quickly give defendants a full list of named witnesses testifying against them in the criminal trial. Starting in January, the prosecution will be forced to hand over to defendants a list of named witnesses within 15 days of the defendants’ arraignment.

In June, the Manhattan Institute’s Seth Barron and Ralf Mangual wrote that such a provision will make it impossible for prosecutors to ensure witnesses are protected through the criminal trial process:

Prosecutors will no longer be able to assure witnesses that their identity will be protected, even in the case of grand jury testimony, which the new law will now require be disclosed. (While there’s a provision to ask a judge for a protective order to shield a name, that would come after cops and prosecutors talk to witnesses to make an arrest and build a case.) [Emphasis added]

Manhattan DA Cy Vance put it this way: “Having to hand defendants a roster of who has spoken out against them just 15 days after their first appearance, absent a protective order, is a seismic change that undoubtedly will dissuade witnesses who live in all neighborhoods from reporting crime.” [Emphasis added]

Manhattan’s District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr., and Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez are just two of New York’s district attorneys, as well as law enforcement officials, who have spoken out against the bail reform plans. Both are progressive Democrats.

Across the county, jailbreak legislation is helping to free thousands of accused and convicted criminals from prison. Federally, the First Step Act that was signed into law by President Trump has thus far freed about 240 sex offenders, nearly 60 convicted murderers and assailants, as well as almost 1,000 inmates convicted of drug crimes.

Also freed by the First Step Act is Joel Francisco, a notorious former leader of the “Latin Kings” gang who immediately returned to a life of drugs after his release and is now accused of murder.

They are completely stupid.

Back in school I was taught there is a difference between theory and practice. It might have worked well in theory, but when you see results like this you go back to the drawing board.

Them continuing with this is just idiotic. It's stupid.

The Marxist droids probably feel themselves justified by blaming the shop owner or some other insanity.

Coming up next in Clown World: Murderers are victims and law abiding citizens need to be imprisoned.

How people like that are not ousted out is beyond me...

The Jews have turned California into the third world, now its legal to shit in the street they have some many homeless people because of the jewed cost of living were people making fifty thousand a year still have to live in vans and no economy left. Its common to walk around in LA and just have to dodge human shit all over the side walks and roads and parks. This is leads to plague. I guess it would make sense the state run by the poo people would want turds all over the place to add to its shitkinah vibe.

You don’t know about the situation in Italy? Family fathers went to prison after shooting and killing thieves in their home.

There was a story about a guy who killed one thief and the other one just got injured and the other thief sued him and won. Now this makes my blood boil and since this is a public forum all I will say is that these people(judges, thieves) deserve the worst of the punishments, they really have to suffer A LOT.

We have the same jewed shit over here. Also, like 3-4 years ago police was much more visible in towns and freeways but now they have thinned the force out. Police, firefighters, emergency services etc. have been downsized drastically. Preparations for military communism?

Basically, if a junkie happens to loot your house, dispatch it silently and have a shovel ready. And don't report it, of course.

This happens more often than people think, even the US. In the judicial system it can actually be worse for you if you don't kill in defense.

https://bearingarms.com/andrew-b/2014/02/15/shoot-to-wound-vs-shoot-to-stop-vs-shoot-to-kill/

On the issue of shooting to wound, that gains you absolutely nothing in terms of mitigating either criminal or civil liability. If you put a bullet in someone, you’ve shot them, deadly force, period. Shoot them in the leg or shoot them in the chest, from a legal liability perspective it’s all the same (the only variance is whether they die or not, obviously the consequences are more severe if they die, but a gunshot to the thigh can accomplish that quite as effectively as one to the chest).

Further, if you are foolish enough to state out loud that you only shot to wound, it opens the door to the State arguing that you lacked the good faith subjective fear of imminent death or grave bodily harm necessary to justify your use of deadly force. After all, if you’d feared imminent death, you’d have shot to neutralize the threat decisively, not just make him more angry with a pistol-caliber bullet wound to an extremity. If there was no genuine fear of death or grave bodily harm, your use of deadly force was not lawful self-defense, and off to jail you go.
