Do hatha and kundalini Yoga be done everyday Like the AC AOP and VM? Or are they when needed? Do they both need to be done twice a day for 108 breaths so 24 hours doesn’t elapse? Thanks

Yes, do them daily. Once a day is enough.

What you're looking for are the poses not the teachings. The poses are good.
