I'm doing excerting ectoplasm on 60 days program, and im having a hard time seeing the clouds like substance

I'm not sure if i see it, what does it look like?

If you guys have any advises for me to see ectoplasm it would be really helpful.

When you focus at something with your eyes open for some time , the area around the point will appear blurry and cloudy.

Also when i start practicing excerting ectoplasm i immediately see myself in the mirror disappearing, is it normal?

Yes this is very normal and expected. Will the clouds to converge at one point and the job would have been done. I believe a medium trance would also be beneficial for this.
