Everyone is different and may experience it differently. When one person was sending negative energy in my direction, I felt that my aura was dirty and needed to be cleansed.

If you suspect someone is spreading curses on you then do a daily Aura of Protection and cleansing. You can possibly ask for help from one of the Gods if you are not handling something.

There is no exact way to know who is cursing you forsure unless you are open astrally or having recurring dreams or receiving messages telepathically, etc. Trust your intuition with this but know it could be anyone most likely the enemy.

What you should do is returning curses pt.1 & pt.2 but it’s okay if you start off with just pt.1 make sure you start this when the moon is begun waxing increasingly with light each day and never start on VoC moon. Do it everyday.
