i just realized that one of my friend's mom surname was fisher, the guy doesn't look like a jew or i can't detect it, he seems normal to me other than he always have eye bags and sometimes really looks sickly because of that. as far as I know his mother is xian tho i'm still suspicious about it. does gentiles have fisher surname as well, or only jews have it?

I know Gentile "Fishers". Jews have Infiltrated far enough that they could potentially have any last name.

It could be one of those old surnames from when people were named for their trade, like carpenter, cook, smith, cooper etc. I wouldn't obsess over it, especially where you say he's totally normal.

I have wondered about the name "chandler", though. Seen some strange people with that name. Supposedly it's an old word for a candle maker.
