Anulom vilom and nightmares

Hail goddess diana said:
I am doing anulom vilom pranayama from
3-4 days and have nightmares and very vivid dreams all night and wake up bit tired
I am doing it on a fast pace
I have tried it in past everytime the dreams get bad
Am i doing it wrong?
Or is it cleansing process?
baba ramdev isnt SS.
That way he teaches things only harms you more.
stick to how things are taught the SS way.

Yeah now I do , his ways are less potent
And bit dangerous
Actually I met an old lady 72 years old
She had 3 vertebrae degenerated due to tuberculosis
After 2 years of daily pranayama , they regenerated again and she was able to walk again
So I got over excited and did way more

Clean your soul after the practices some of the lucid dreams are from more energy. You can also use affirmation before you go to sleep to only have good dreams.

Most pranayama, including this one, are never done on a fast pace. Bhastrika aka breath of fire is done on a fast pace.

The alternate nostril breathing is done slowly. You inhale slowly, you retain for as long as you can (without straining), and you exhale slowly. Doing more than 5 or 6 rounds with this pranayama is pointless, as 5 and 6 relate to the functions of this breathing exercise, which are those of balancing, purifying and merging the sun and moon channels.

It is best paired with the twin serpent meditation.
