I would like to know which vibration is the strongest for the Full Chakra Meditation. Is it better to use the Runic or the Planetary vibration? Or is there any better one than these?

The Aum series is very powerful and certainly gives results when performed correctly. That would be the names listed as [Sanskrit].

The Sanskrit words listed on this page also includes the planetary Sanskrit words for each chakra. These are also very powerful to use in opening the chakras:

Excerpt from Opening the Watchtowers:
"Each of these meditations is very powerful and only one chakra should be done at a time with a 48-hour waiting period before proceeding to the next. A sensation of pressure or aching indicates you were successful in opening these points, but experience reveals these can close and the exercises may have to be repeated until they are permanently open. However many times one must repeat these is individual."
