Hey, brothers and sisters.

So I am finally done with high school with really good marks. Now I can enter the college I want with ease. :D

College will start soon and I am moving out finally! :D

But, I will have much more responsibilities and will be extremely busy with trying to manage work, advancement, college, working out, making foood, etc. I will have to be self-reliant and independent as I am travelling to another city.

I will need to improve and make sure my time management and productivity is on point. Can you provide any advice or help for me brothers amd sisters?

Are there any books or something that can help me too?

Really appreciate your advice. Thanks alot.

If you like using technology you could try an app like this: https://www.smartertime.com

I've been using it over a year and it really helps me keep track of where my time goes. It takes some time to get set up though. You can also make custom activities that aren't listed on the app. Also you can set goals to accomplish. For example: meditation for 2 hours a day, and it will help keep track if you reach it.
There is a location option but I believe it can be turned off if you don't like that being tracked through the app.

When you cook food, make food for two days or more. Saves time and effort. And... I hope you get a dishwasher. It was a "game changer" for me. I calculated that it saves many hours every year. Not just a few, but like tens and tens of hours.

If you want to avoid wasting time, then do not procastinate.

When working out you can do multiple exercises in 1 set, for example when I do pushups then I immediatly follow with leg exercises and if you want to save even more time you can do 3 exercises in 1 set.

Let's say you have 30 minutes of free time, don't waste it just to wait to do the next thing you have to do, use those 30 minutes to do anything that will free you time in the future or studying.

Make sure you are focused, when you're not focused it's easy to waste time and get nothing done, for example when studying.

It's also a good habit to do immediatly things for the future, let's say you get some homework, do that immediatly. Let's say your teacher says you're gonna have a test in 2 weeks time, you get home and study, study little by little everyday and before the test all you're gonna have to do is a quick revise.

Those are called supersets, but the thing with training is... The stimulus has to be changed from time to time, or you'll plateau and stagnate, no matter the effort. This means, cooldown periods. Then again, it's not bad to spend time like that. You can press acupunture points, or do asanas while cooling down between sets if you are about super-efficiency. And the type of training you suggest is not best for beginners, but for someone who has already some expierence.

Try to prep your meals for the week on the day your off.

Try to find a healthy way get the least amount of sleep that is possible for you while still being healthy not tired and keep that sleep schedule even on off days, wake up early earlier the better

Do all your meditations and rtrs (on bolded days doubling vibrations x18 is what i do) when you wake up all but the nightly meditations before bed.

If you prep all your meals weekly then eating will take no time, i suggest buying a bunch of pyrex cooking containers

Then after meditations you can go to gym & workout or go to gym before bed, then you can go to work or college or whatever everything is done.
I find this works best for me

Consolidate as much as you can into that window if you space everything out throughout day something might happen to cause you to miss something important then you will make it up at night losing sleep, everyones life is different too. If you have a lot of car time, use that to meditate, i used to use my car time for a lot of things. On breaks id go to car and even do rtrs and such

I have trained in the past but very inconsistently, now I started again and I could aswell be called a beginner, I have no trouble with those. He could try them and if it's not working just do what's better for him.

The secret is to keep going even if you had a bad day. Bad days will come because when you have already a lot of stuffs to do will come and other unexpected things. Don't you ever start thinking in a negative way and focus on present and future

Yeah, supersets are specific for certain goals. One should first set their goals, then decide what format they're going to use that it's appropriate to their training. Also, I think doing appropriate stretches/mobility exercises in-between sets is a must to prevent the energy from stagnating. Many in calisthenics get epicondylitis and similar issues because they don't stretch enough, leaving energy trapped, and also have not enough regard for hitting mobility requirements for the next progression BEFORE they move to that progression, so they can do it with proper form. There is much more to training one's body than what people see online on youtube and also are told from their peers, and so-called personal trainers with weekend diplomas. It's a science and as such it should be studied and researched, personally and surrogately.

Regarding time management advice, may I suggest to have a look at Liam Porritt's video? He's a Cambridge grad (MFL) who's now got a training contract with Clifford Chance (one of top corporate law firms in England). He managed to graduate with a Starred First class degree, from what in my eyes is the top institution in the world and continuously ranks in the top 4 worldwide. Starred First class means he achieved more than 90% in each piece of his coursework, which is no joke there. Getting a solicitor training contract for a top law firm is also very heard work, as often the application and recruitment process for these firms is like a full-time job in itself lol

He didn't just study. He also had holidays abroad, socialised, had a girlfriend, etc. He gives some good tips about time management, and some very good tips for studying. Well, studying tips are very good for average students who get Bs at most and infrequent, but also for good students who improvise. They are run-of-the-mill for those who know cognitive science, and similar very well.

Another thing that could drastically speed things up in many areas of your life is to get Jim Qwik's stuff and spend time learning. Ideally, the things he teaches you should be practiced daily like meditation. You'll be able to save hours thanks to him, once you get the hang of his courses on memory, reading, focus and so on. They can be found for free if you look really carefully, or bought for USD 500 each. His book, Limitless, is an outstanding introduction and can seriously make a difference on his own. Yet, if you are hungry for more, you'll benefit from the full curriculum.

That's all I could think of so far.
