Whatever language you're translating from, try to make them small so the program has an easier job. It's hard to understand what you're saying, asking, or if you're saying anything at all. Currently, it just sounds like you're super ungrounded and a bit all over the place. It could be a soul energy imbalance, overactive upper chakras, too much air creating an imbalance, lack of void meditation, etc. So two suggestions, small sentences, meditations that focus of balance, focus, and grounding.
