This is both saddening and infuriating!

I hope this new RTR schedule is going to make a difference for these people.

Years ago when there was a big hurricane, I didn't have power in my house for 2 weeks. If you have a gas stove, you can still light it with a lighter. Hold the lit lighter on the burner first, then turn on the gas. We boiled big pots of water, and the hot steam spread out in the house and warmed up the air. It actually worked very well.
