Refer to this post. For the same reason "White" Yazidis can only be with "White" Yazidis. "White" Brazilians can only breed with "White" Brazilians. Lighter skin does not make someone white.

By "White Brazilians" it should just mean "White (mixed) Latin Americans" and not confuse with actual "White Brazilians" as in the above, which is just to say European descendants born in a mostly non-White region, like South Africans as well.
