When you want make 100% sure who is jew and who is not, try to meet with them in real life. Go to belong when they give a speech in real life and try to get so near to them as you can. Then you feel their energy and you know who they are. I do not know how in Czech but in Estonia it is possible to go on excursion in parliament. It is also good chance.
