“This test is not to be used for diagnostic purposes.” Kary Mullis, the inventor of the PCR test who was awarded a Nobel Chemistry Prize, said that by using certain protocols for the PCR test, scientists can come up with results they want — he stated, “…with PCR, if you do it well, you can find almost anything in anybody.”

Depending on the testing cicles if they do only 30 then 40 they have like 50% less positive outcome. Depending on the testing cicles the can turn on and off a so called "pandemic".

That's not for PCR. That's for rapid testing, which does not use PCR. PCR is 100% inaccurate because it cannot tell the different between ACTIVE viruses and INACTIVE viruses. You can have inactive viruses in your body and the test will not be able to tell the difference. Rapid testing surprising manage to report even more false positives.

"A PCR test is amplifying samples through repetitive cycles. The lower the virus concentration in the sample, the more cycles are needed to achieve a positive result. Many US labs work with 35 to 45 cycles, while many European labs work with 30 to 40 cycles."

"4. The PCR test can detect non-infectious virus fragments weeks after an active infection, or from an infection of a contact person, as the US CDC confirmed.

5. The PCR test can detect viable virus in quantities too small to be infectious (see below)."

You are right with the active and inactive part.
