Looks like Chile to me. The video is from october, I guess in october protests were happening there. You can find other videos that were uploaded in October, 2020. I don't know if the protests are still happening.

I can second that. I heard "puta" from the crowd so it's a dead giveaway that the location is South America.

If you focus on the vibe somewhere either in Africa or South America. It is in a location with a majority black people and most likely xtian.
