Hey Cobra, I was looking over your 40 days meditation as I am on the last few days of it before I start on that Hell Army Spiritual Warfare training manual that I saw in the old joy of satan over five years ago. But I am curious what does fourth pose and the eighth pose as well as the ninth poses meant by 'ear grip' hand position, 'bear grip' hand position and 'navel point in' to which I assume is a hand position as well.
