Other effective methods of psychic self-defense include grounding oneself. Get physical, indulge yourself physically, watch something funny and lighthearted on the TV, and just turn your mind away from magick and the occult for a while. It is also a good thing to meet with friends- anything to focus on the physical world and forget the astral. When our minds are preoccupied and focused on something of interest, even the most determined spirit will have a hard time getting through. I'm baffled that you're even able to misunderstand it like this. Obviously, this was written in relation to defending against astral attacks. The very page you read it on is about that specific topic, and not as some general advice. Avoiding right-brained activities can help to leave you less focused on the astral.

Noone is to avoid right-brained activities in a general sense, just like left-brained ones. Both are necessary in order to stay healthy.
 
Reread the passages. The context is important. It states to avoid these activities to ground yourself and improve focus. That’s the why. She’s not saying to abstain from these activities, but primarily doing these things and avoiding physical activity for long periods of time can make you feel disconnected and more open to enemy suggestion. It’s all about balance.
 
Nowhere does it say to do that forever, HPS Maxine says that if you want to temporarily "disconnect" from the astral to ground yourselfbyou should avoid those in that given moment.

There's other reasons for which you should avoid video games but that's another topic.
 
HPS Maxine is saying if and ONLY IF you are having problems with enemy attacks or attacks from unaffiliated spirits on the astral, engage yourself in exercise, athletics or sport, social activities, mindless things on TV (comedies, not things like horror, documentaries or anything too 'deep' or disturbing), or things in the real world that deal with pure processing, action or logic. Whatever is bothering you will get bored and go away.

Music (unless you are dancing or something like that), art, video games, daydreaming, aimless thinking and anything too right-brained, visual, psychic or abstract can be an opening when you are experiencing shitheads on the astral. When you understand how things like Neptune and its energies work you will understand this more fully. The advice is just temporary. Not a permanent rule.

Social activities in real life especially are the best way of shutting off and ignoring malignant entities. Plus most entities will not harass two or more humans.

A few people who experience endless attacks tend to not have real life friends.

This was written in the context of defending against unwanted entities. The writing implies that left-brained activities would distract your focus enough to prevent it from empowering the entity. A right-brained activity, like music, would not be a significant use of your focus, therefore intrusions by the entity would more easily distract you.

Hi Brother,

From what i know the reasons are two:

Video games, tv, social network, reality shows are not what they seem to be. In my opinions these things have been created by the jews for the only purpose to waste your time.

If you waste your time and become addictive, you will not meditate and do rituals.

This is what the jews want, they want to stop us gentiles into discovering who we really are and what our power really is.

They would do anything to avoid you to improve yourself, because they know that a bunch of powerful gentiles can be very bad for them.


The other reason is of course money.


In my ideal world, there are not
Tv
Social networks
Video games
Pornography
Weird music

But only

Meditation
Rituals
Truth studying
Helping each other
Some music but with no hidden messages in it.



I used to play video games and watch football, now i'm free from those things and i can focus on what really matters for me:
Improving myself with meditations, ritual, studying of our website and trying to find spiritual satanists in real life.



Also, the minimun wage jobs are not casual. It is a well know system created by the jews, suggested by their masters the greys, in order to keep you as a slave.


You work all of your life for 10€/hour, now you understand you have no time to improve yourself with the methods i talked about.

Nearly all the shit you experience in the world, is a process which started centuries ago, its aim is to destroy us gentiles in every possible way, everything is run by the greys.


If you truly are looking for the truth, you will later understand that meditation and ritual are way more important than being rich on gta online.
 
Nowhere in the page says "we" should avoid those things just because lol. The text is self explanatory.

Please read carefully before asking and don't simply multilate the text in one line out of context.
 
That is if you are dealing with an unwanted intruder on the spirit world not for everyone all the time. Trying to focus on the physical only would be tuning them out.

I dont see why any of these right brained activities would be bad though here. All of them seem like a way to tune something out on the spiritual if you put all your focus into it.

Ok i agree many video games these days are straight up bad. But what is so bad about things like playing games like Spryo or Crash Bandicoot or some of the other 90s ones. Not only does it bring back good memories but there isn't really anything bad about it and it can be done during some meditations or even the rtr if someone memorized it and can focus on both.

Also what is bad about "weird music" a lot of music that is Satanic would be considered weird by most people and even some mainstream music isn't bad i shared a few examples of popular rock songs that had Satanic messages before.

Your way of thinking sounds almost fundy xtian like.
