In my experience, all you need is their sigil (you dont even need their name). If youre a dedicated satanist you wont have anything to worry about, but if you have a lot of jewish assosiated energy or a jew yourself, you could trigger harmful situations when using demonic sigils (from what I understand). You dont need to even have the ability to hear or see them, they are very capable of observing you. This is an informal method and might be seen as disrespectful to some of our Gods, so be sure to be polite and never make outright demands. For most Gods Ive worked with, it's a good idea to offer something to them personally in exchange for their help. This can include doing the RTRs more often, or plenty of other things, except anything retarded like animal or human sacrifice which will definitely piss them off. That's it, no formal ritual required and not much time is required to do it either.
