Do the FRTR as often as possible.

I understand that not everyone has the convenience to do this because of it being inappropriate and dangerous around other people, in addition to generally being busy and tired, but do what you can.

For those that are not yet aware, the RTR, more specifically the final RTR is the final iteration of the series of reverse torah rituals which essentially reverse the magic that the jews have applied to the people of the world by way of stealing from our own ancient spiritual languages such as Sanskrit, Greek, Latin etc., in order for them to establish their language of hebrew.

Their torah is used to bind our spiritual faculties which include telepathic communication as especially with our gods, and our ability to coherently achieve the Godhead, as well as living a life more free than we are used to but which we know could be possible without the influence of the jewish magic.

There were reverse torah rituals targeting more specific issues in the world before the final RTR, but the final RTR annihilates the torah to it's hebrew foundation, destroying their version of the alphabet.

This reversal is based upon the physics principle of destructive wave interference, whereby an equal and opposite or inverse wave format is applied to the other in order to cancel the two out, essentially creating darkness, silence, and void.

However, in doing the reverse torah rituals often enough, there will come a point where in reciting these words you would be re-establishing our own spiritual languages into the world through yourself and others in that they are the inverse of these hebrew words.
