There are also front and back extentions of the base chakra (see the chakra diagram) and the hip chakras, also know as 12th and 13th chakra, are also base chakra's extensions!

As I know it's in the base of the spine, under the base chakra, and a little close to the anus, but I may be wrong

in the diagram when we do aoc, is it on the main/middle chakras? I feel heat when I clean the back chakras through spine. When I clean the middle chakras, not much feeling.

If you mean AC (Aura Cleaning) or AoP (Aura of Protection), then they are different exercises than Chakra Cleaning. The extensions are extensions of the Chakras, obviously. The front, middle and back Chakras (main and extensions) should all be cleaned thoroughly.

The Sushumna is where the Kundalini goes through. The spine or better the nervous system is in a way the physical counterpart to the Sushumna. Think about it, the KI is basically bioelectric energy and the nervous system works through bioelectric energy. The kundalini is basically a much powerful and refined form of it. The nervous system connects to the brain and the chakras are associated with parts of the brain and probably each chakra as a physical counterpart even on the nervous system.

The sushumna is not the center of the body, it is the back extensions in the spine.

If you think sushumna is the center of the body because I wrote that when I wrote about moving energy through all those channels in the body, I made a mistake when I called it that. Sushumna is in the spine.

I've been under the assumption and this isn't the first time I read about it but mentioned two or three times by other members.

But the very act of cleaning the centerline chakras i.e. main/middle, they help the other chakras cause the front, side, and rear mimic the state of health of the middle ones.

I HAVE in the past for somewhat of a long while because of the assumption of cleaning chakras then I cleaned all the front, rear, side at the same time I cleaned the middle ones.

So what is the official word on cleaning? Is it middle clean and the others mimics the status of the middle or like your post(FancyMancy) mentions clean all at the same session?

If your mentioning of multi clean is appropriate then my chakras are probably dirtier then the middle ones. Either way I have no problem returning back to cleaning everything. Might even be a fun activity and fulfill the rather meek 1 minute aura/ 1 minute chakra clean method I use.

The middle ones are the one you should spin, empower and clean the most. I know this is kinda confusing but the middle ones are the one you need to concentrate the most, they are connected to their extensions on the back and front. One extension you need to empower everyday is the Third eye. All the other extensions get empowered from the middle chakras but you still work on them when you do yoga for example.

The way I see it is if you are having a shower, with the water splashing down on your head, then you are not going to just let the water trickle down and maybe remove a bit of dirt and smell. You are going to clean your entire Body properly and thoroughly.

So kundalini is beneath the root chakra or its back extension?
