Hey guys! I have been experimenting with some wim hof breathing, I know he has no spiritual knowledge but his breathing techniques are fantastic. I have seen that when doing breathing exercises as mentioned on the JOS website, they mention that you should be feeling an energy buzzing throughout your body which is referred as witchpower. Now there is a specific wim hof breathing technique which basically makes my entire body vibrate and the energy buzz is so intense unlike anything I have experienced, is this buzz the witchpower energy? The buzz lasts sometimes 10 minutes after the exercise. Anyone else tried it experienced this?
