can meditation cure hereditary diseases?

Heart disease can be cured with diet, natural nedicine and exercise, etc.

Yoga and meditation heals too but it can also be done without it.

What kind of heart disease?

It can cure pretty much anything, but for bigger things you will need to be very advanced and powerful to do it. It's doable but depending on the thing you want to cure it can take many many years of daily work.

Jes, but hereditary diseases are the hardest to heal(require long workings + powerfull mage). I did read it somewhere on the jos site.

I think the most important thing is:

"To effectively heal, your soul must have power. This is accomplished through consistent power meditation.

Once your soul is powerful enough, healing comes much easier. "

I don't remember the name, I will have to reexamine the tests, but it is a disease that prevents the heart from functioning, until one day it stops.

but I would like to know what foods and exercises can heal, it would be a great help.

apparently it will be a long job for me, I hope to be able to heal myself, so that my future children are healthy. :/

I will have to meditate more to have a powerful soul. :(
