I kinda want to start to do Falun Gong again, I did like it before but I'm not quite sure. Do anyone here have some experiences with it? I do remember that I felt strong energy when I did it, I still think I need to keep doing Hatha Yoga but I want something else that doesn't take too much time.

Falun Gong is a very empowering practice. It’s very much a “yang” practice if that makes any sense. At least to me. You can incorporate the Sithali breath into your practice to take things to another level. I try to do Falun Gong whenever I can as time permits.

I definitely understand what you mean by "yang" and as what I remember about it I do agree. I never heard about using the Sithali breath, interesting, I never thought to use Falun Gong with something else, I wonder if you could use each poses with bandhas and/or mantras.

Tai chi( if its the same thing) then yes . It makes me feel good , alive and awesome .
Kind of has me charged to the core with with energy. Also love the simplicity of it.
Slow movements practised with focus makes life awesome in many more ways than just the spiritual aspect or maybe the spiritual aspect of it helps with normal life in general.

I guess it’s possible, you would just have to experiment on your own. To me it may prove a little distracting, but to you it may not. I just use the Sithali breath a little here and a little there to help facilitate the flow of chi.

P.S. You should add the three bandhan during the kumbhaka, especially the mula bandham since this breath relates to the apana.
