Do you mean the forum signature? Yes you will need to use an Img link or url to have as a signature.
Go to the arrow by your user name, select user control panel, then you will see a menu, choose where it says profile, it will be next to where it says overview. then on the left will be a box where you can choose edit signature, it is directly above where it says edit avatar. and there you can post in a random img http link. To make the picture show up, make sure you type in the command IMG before the start of the link you want to use and then the command /IMG at the end. but the img commands must be in [brackets] like these for them to work
