I don’t have time to read all of the articles but the one I did read on Illinois sounds a lot like how it already is here in Colorado. It said delivery and all restaurants are still open. Just no social gatherings larger than 10 people so no dine it. Travel is still permitted and most stores are still open. National parks are closed. But other public parks remain open. You can still go out and about, get gas, groceries, etc. just no events and no establishments open, save for grocery stores, that allow more than 10 people, like gyms.

Yeah, that’s Colorado right now. Even something like a haircut. Max 10 people in the building including stylists and customers.

Certain medical places even have signs that say if you have symptoms don’t come in.

Don’t know the daily of any other states, but it quite sucks here. And yeah you can go to the grocery store, but only certain items remain available for purchase whilst nearly everything else is out of stock, and no real timeline for restocks. Fresh food is mostly available, but goods you can store are all sold out. Toilet paper and other essentials too. Gas prices have gone down though, a lot.

In the last couple of days, hiring has gone up a lot here with many business posting signs looking for new hires. This is good for certain.
