So if you happen to be in a lockdown and can't do RTRs because your whole family is in a lockdown with you in your house:
Don't let the jew cuck you. You can still make energy spheres and send them to the Gods. That's an alternative and very effective way to sustain the war effort.

mental final rtr is also doabel not as much effective but it counts.

You can also spend some time visualizing each letter dissolving while vibrating the words in your head The visualization part is the most powerful part of this probably you can do this by looking at the letters on the final rtr page. If enough focus is put into it it might be quite powerful.
