1. 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2)
This is my number one method of preventing infection. Viruses cannot live in an oxygenated environment. This is why no virus of any kind can live outside of the body for an extended period of time. Viruses usually start in the ear nose and throat area. Get a Q-tip (you can use regular 3% peroxide here) and dip the q tip in peroxide and clean your ear. The oxidation process will empty through your throat killing any virus present. I recommend doing this everyday. You wont even catch a common cold doing this. I haven't had a cold for years.
35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide can be purchased at your local organic health store starting around $6 for 4 ounces. Always dilute peroxide in distilled water and ingest it on an empty stomach. If you take peroxide with food it will oxidize with the food and you will regurgitate and may even have an uncomfortable bowel movement. Wait at least an hour before eating food after taking hydrogen peroxide. If you have already eaten wait at least three hours for the food to digest and pass through the stomach. If you already have a high viral load you are going to experience slight nausea. This will go away as the virus reduces in number.
It has to be taken with distilled water. Start off only with 1 or 2 drops in a 8 ounce glass. Do not go any higher than that when starting off. 35% peroxide is really strong. Hydrogen peroxide is thermodynamically unstable. Hydrogen peroxide can easily break down, or decompose, into water and oxygen by breaking up into two very reactive parts – either 2OHs or an H and HO2. Thus you have highly reactive atomic oxygen.
