I visualize myself and when i breath in i visualize that my whole body's energy is becoming more powerful. Do i need to visualize energy from my middle self to outside? Than i exhale and energy goes around me, than i still visualize my aura and inhale and again my energy goes from my middle body to whole body. When i exhale do i need to visualize my aura spreads from where i stopped or my aura spreads from beginning of my aura? I hope you are not confused it is really hard to explain all this details. Or can someone write step by step how you do energy meditation? i will be very glad.

Fallow the steps of the foundation meditation on the jos. This will help with directing and becoming sensitive to energy. Do the meditation exactly as the directions say, but also it may be helpful to focus on smaller areas of the body and soul and will energy to those areas and try to feel it. Working on sensitivity.

I’m not sure if I’m totally understanding you, sorry, but when you breathe in the energy, it comes from the ether. It comes from around you not from inside you. With each breath, visualize the energy like your body is a sponge soaking up all the energy.

When expanding the aura don’t overthink it just visualize your aura and visualize it expanding. It doesn’t need to expand that far out. More than anything focus on it becoming denser. So that means brighter and brighter on each exhale.
